# パートナーとしてレポートをスケジュール設定する
任意のレポートを実行するスケジュール時刻を設定し、メール受信箱、FTPサーバー、またはホスト型 SFTP に送信できます。
1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから、 **レポート →** [**その他のレポート**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/all_reports.ihtml).
* または、上部のナビゲーションバーから、 **レポート** **→ その他 →** [**その他のレポート**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/fr/all_reports.ihtml).
2. スケジュールしたいレポートを選択します。
3. 右上隅で、**\[スケジュール]**.
4. レポートの設定を行います。
* レポートを生成する頻度。
* レポートの形式。Excel、CSV、または PDF から選択します。
* レポートの送信先。次の中から選択します。 *パートナー FTP*, *メール* または *ホスト型 SFTP*。各配信方法の説明については、下のタブを参照してください。
5. 選択 **スケジュールして送信**.

レポートを FTP 経由で送信するように選択した場合、フォルダーが FTP サーバーに送信され、そこからレポートにアクセスできます。

| ------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| サーバー URL | FTP ファイルの受信に使用するサーバーのプロトコル（FTP、SFTP、または FTPS）を選択し、サーバー URL を入力します。 |
| ディレクトリ | レポートを保存したい特定のディレクトリがある場合は、ここに指定してください（例: /impact/reports/）。 |
| ポート | サーバーが新しい制御接続を待ち受けるポートを指定します。21 は、非安全および明示的に安全な接続で一般的です。990 は、暗黙的に安全な接続で一般的です。 |
| ユーザー名 | impact.com が FTP サーバーにログインする際に使用するユーザー名を入力します。 |
| パスワード | impact.com が FTP サーバーにログインする際に使用するパスワードを入力します。 |

レポートをメールで送信するように選択した場合、レポートは Google Cloud にアップロードされ、レポートへのリンクが記載されたメールが届きます。

| 送信先 | このレポートを受信したいメールアドレスの CSV を作成します。次を選択します。 **自分に送信** レポートを、impact.com アカウントに紐づくメールアドレスへ送信します。 |
| 件名 | メールの件名を入力します。 |
| メール本文 | プレーンテキストのメッセージを入力します。 |

を選択すると **ホスト型 SFTP**、ファイルはホストされた場所に送信されます。

**重要:** レポートは、SFTP 配信方法を利用するために、 *タイプ* として [ダウンロード接続を作成する際に](/partner/ja/nitsuitebitaidesuka/account-management/account-settings/create-and-manage-connections-for-partners.md) 選択されている必要があります。このオプションが表示されない場合は、 [サポートに連絡して](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 有効化してください。

ホスト型 SFTP に接続する際は、既存の接続を使用するか、 **新規作成...** を選択して、次のフィールドを入力することで新しい接続を作成できます:

| 接続ユーザー | 接続に使用する既存のユーザーを選択するか、新しいユーザーを作成します。 |

| 公開鍵 |  **\[オンにする]** を押して公開鍵を入力します。公開鍵を入力しない場合、パスワードが自動生成され、新しい接続の作成時に表示されます。 |
| 接続名 | 接続の名前を入力します。 |

## スケジュール済みレポートの管理
1. 上部のナビゲーションバーで、 **レポート →** [**スケジュール済みレポート**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/MP_Saved_Scheduled_Report/Scheduled/report/pScheduledReports.ihtml).
2. 編集したいスケジュール済みレポートにカーソルを合わせ、  **\[その他]** を選択して追加オプションにアクセスします:
* 配信設定またはレポート内容を変更
* レポート生成を一時停止
* レポートのスケジュールを削除
* レポートを今すぐ実行
