#### Lightning Payとは何ですか？

Lightning Payは、ロック済みだがまだ支払いが行われていないアクションに対して、前払いで報酬を受け取れるようにすることで、資金面の見通しと満足感を高めます。

ブランドからの支払い予定があり、支払期日より前に受け取りたい場合は、Lightning Payオプションを利用できます。Lightning Payの対象であることを知らせるバナーがダッシュボード上部に表示されます。そのバナーには、次のオプションがあります **詳細を見る** (承諾) または **非表示** (却下)して、Lightning Payのオファーを閉じます。

#### Lightning Payを設定

1. 選択した後 **詳細を見る** すると、バナー上に機能カードが表示されます。

#### 定期前払いを停止

定期前払いを購読している場合、ダッシュボード上部にサブスクリプション管理ページへのリンク付きバナーが表示されるはずです。

1. 選択 **前払いを管理** をバナーで選択すると、サブスクリプション管理ページへ移動します。
2. 選択 **定期前払いを停止** を解除します。これにより定期購読が無効になります。

#### 前払い処理手数料

各前払いにはサービス手数料が発生することにご注意ください。サービス手数料は、利用した各前払いから差し引かれます。

#### 前払い額はどのように回収されますか？

ブランドからの支払いが行われると、前払いは残高から回収されます。残高が0を超えると、金額が全額回収されるまで、impact.comが未回収の前払い額を自動的に回収します。前払いを発行する前に受け取った支払いは回収に使用されません。これらの前払い額は、残高の出所に関係なく回収されます。

#### オファーがありましたが、現在は消えています

オファーが取り下げられた、または表示されなくなる理由はいくつかあります：

* バナーを非表示にするか閉じるを選択しました。
  * 60日間非表示のままになります。
  * 別のデバイスやブラウザを使用すると、再び表示されます。

#### オプトインしましたが、ロック済み収益の前払いが表示されません

異なる通貨での取引は前払いの対象外です。たとえば、ブランドがEURで支払い、あなたのアカウントがUSDに設定されている場合、この取引は異通貨取引とみなされ、前払いの対象にはなりません。
