# impact.com のモバイルアプリにサインインする

現時点ではモバイルアプリはパートナーのみ対応しています — ブランドユーザーと代理店ユーザーは、アカウントにアクセスできるのは以下を通じてのみです [デスクトップ版プラットフォーム](https://app.impact.com/login.user).

impact.comのモバイルアプリでは、外出先でもプログラム招待の管理、商品リンクの生成、レポートの閲覧、Creatorキャンペーンへの参加など、いくつかの軽い作業を行えます。

#### 前提条件

モバイルアプリをダウンロードして利用するには、以下の条件を満たす必要があります:

* 既存のimpact.comパートナーアカウントが必要です。
* お使いのモバイルデバイスは、Android 7.0以降またはiOS 16.0以降である必要があります。

#### アプリをインストールしてサインインする

#### サインインできませんか？

以下のケースでは、サインインまたはモバイルアプリにアクセスできません:

| アカウントが有効ではありません             | 新しく作成したパートナーアカウントでモバイルアプリにサインインした場合、impact.comによるアカウント確認が完了するまで最大72時間待つ必要がある場合があります。                                                |
| アカウントがパートナーアカウントではありません     | 現時点では、impact.comのモバイルアプリはブランドアカウントや代理店アカウントに対応していません — 以下を使用する必要があります [デスクトップ版プラットフォーム](https://app.impact.com/login.user) をご覧ください。 |
| impact.comによって申請が承認されませんでした | impact.comへの参加申請が、さまざまな理由で却下された可能性があります。却下理由を記載したメールがimpact.comから届きます。                                                              |
