# impact.comのモバイルアプリにサインインする

impact.comのモバイルアプリを使うと、外出先でプログラム招待の管理、商品リンクの生成、レポートの閲覧、Creatorキャンペーンへの参加など、いくつかの軽作業を行えます。&#x20;

#### 前提条件

モバイルアプリをダウンロードして利用するには、次の条件を満たしている必要があります：

* 既存のimpact.comパートナーアカウントをお持ちであること。
* モバイル端末がAndroid 7.0以降、またはiOS 16.0以降であること。

#### アプリをインストールしてサインインする

#### サインインできませんか？

次のような場合、モバイルアプリにサインインまたはアクセスできません：

| 状況                      | 試せること                                                                                                                          |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| アカウントが有効ではありません         | 新しく作成したパートナーアカウントでモバイルアプリにサインインした場合、impact.comによるアカウント確認が完了するまで最大72時間待つ必要がある場合があります。                                           |
| アカウントがパートナーアカウントではありません | 現時点では、impact.comのモバイルアプリはブランドアカウントや代理店アカウントをサポートしていません。代わりに [デスクトップ版プラットフォーム](https://app.impact.com/login.user) を使用する必要があります。 |
| impact.comが申請を却下しました    | impact.comへの参加申請は、さまざまな理由で却下される場合があります。却下理由を記載したメールがimpact.comから届きます。                                                          |
