# パートナーアカウントのユーザーを招待・管理する
impact.com アカウントは、 **アカウントユーザー** （別名 **メンバー**）によって管理されます。impact.com にログインすると、メンバーアカウントの認証情報を使って impact.com アカウントにアクセスします。

* Carrie Oakey は impact.com のパートナーアカウント「OakeyInfluencer」を作成します。この過程で、彼女はメンバーアカウント（例：「carrieoakey」）も作成し、impact.com にログインしてそのパートナーアカウントにアクセスするために使用します。

## 新しいメンバーを招待

1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから、  **\[ユーザープロフィール] → 設定**.
2. 「 *一般* セクションで、 [**アカウントユーザー**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 右上隅で、 **招待**  **\[ドロップダウンメニュー]** → **ユーザーを招待**.
4. 招待者名、招待者のメールアドレス、招待メッセージ（任意）、および **権限** このユーザーが持つことになります。
5. 選択 **送信** 招待を送信するには。
### 招待を承諾
招待を受け取ったら、そのメールを開いて承諾する必要があります。
1. 招待者に招待メールを開いて **招待を承諾**.
2. 既存のメンバーアカウント（ユーザープロフィール）を持つ招待者は、自分の認証情報でサインインして招待を承諾できます。別の方法として、メンバーアカウントを持っていない招待者は、招待を承諾するためにアカウントを作成できます。
### アクセス権を編集
1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから、  **\[ユーザープロフィール] → 設定**.
2. 「 *一般* セクションで、 [**アカウントユーザー**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 〜上で *アカウントユーザー* 画面上で、ユーザー名を見つけて  **\[詳細]** → **アクセス権を編集** を選択します。
* アクティブなユーザーと招待済みのユーザーの両方のアクセス権を編集できます。
4. のトグルとチェックボックスを使用して *ユーザーのアクセス権を編集* 画面で、ユーザーの権限をカスタマイズします。
5. 選択 **送信** 権限の変更を確定するには。

### メンバーを削除

* 招待を取り消すには、代わりに［招待済み］タブに移動し、  **\[メニュー]** → **招待を取り消す**.
4. 警告を承諾して、ユーザーのアクセス権を削除します。

**注記**：アカウントユーザーの削除は元に戻せませんが、削除されたユーザーはいつでも再招待できます。

## 代理店アカウントのメンバーを招待
アカウントを管理してもらうために代理店を招待するには、その代理店のアカウント ID が必要です。CSM に連絡するか（または [サポートチケットを作成する](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true)）ことで、代理店を招待してアカウントを管理してもらう方法についてご相談ください。
1. 上部のナビゲーションバーから、  **\[ユーザープロフィール] → 設定**.
2. 左側の *一般*を選択し、 [**アカウントユーザー**](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/accountSettings/view-account-users-flow.ihtml).
3. 画面右上隅で、 **招待**  **\[ドロップダウンメニュー]** → **代理店を招待**.

5. 選択 **送信** 代理店に招待を送信するには。
