# パートナー向け検索監視違反
検索モニタリング違反とは、検索エンジン全体で特定の国と言語における有料検索ポリシー違反を警告する、ブランドからの通知です。impact.com が、ブランドのキーワードに入札しているパートナーを検出すると、impact.com は自動的に違反を作成し、違反メールをあなた（パートナー）に送信できます。これらの違反通知は、 *タスク* のダッシュボード内のセクションにあります。

**注意：** impact.com では、違反の期日の24時間前と8時間前に2回、メールでリマインダーが送信されます。届いたメールを参照して、具体的な違反内容と対応すべきアクションを確認してください。

#### 検索モニタリングのタスクに対応する
検索モニタリング違反タスクに対応する際、パートナーとして取れるアクションはいくつかあります。
1. ダッシュボードで *タスク* のセクションを見つけて **すべて表示**.
2. の [タスク](https://app.impact.com/secure/mediapartner/tasks/mediapartner-tasks-flow.ihtml) 画面で、 **サブタイプ** フィルターを *検索*  **\[チェックボックス]**.
3. にカーソルを合わせる **タスク** に *新規* ステータスが付いているもの。
4. 選択します  **\[その他]** を選択すると、次のオプションが表示されます:
* 選択します **開始** を選択すると、タスクを開始したことをブランドに知らせます。
* このオプションを使うと、違反タスクに取り組み始めたことをブランドに知らせることができます。タスクの担当者が「誰でも」に設定されていた場合、以後はあなたが担当者になります。
* 選択します **保留** を選択すると、タスクで障害が発生したことをブランドに知らせます。
* このオプションは、タスクを完了できない他の要因がある場合に選択できます。添付ファイルを追加し、コメントを残して、ブランドが障害の原因を把握しやすいようにしてください。
5. 必要に応じて、タスクを選択し、コメントと添付ファイルを追加して、タスクについてブランドと直接やり取りすることもできます。
6. 「 *進行中*を選択します  **\[その他]** → **完了**.
