# Controlla lo stato della richiesta dell'asset

Se hai richiesto contenuti da un brand, puoi controllare lo stato della tua richiesta su impact.com. Monitorare lo stato delle tue richieste ti aiuta a tenere traccia di in quale fase del ciclo si trova ciascuna richiesta e a vedere l'esito una volta che il brand ha preso una decisione. Una richiesta può avere uno dei seguenti stati: *Aperto*, *Approvato*, *Respinte*, oppure *Completato*.

#### Comprendere gli stati

* **Aperto:** Richieste che il brand ha ricevuto ma che non sono ancora state contrassegnate come *Respinte* o *Approvato*.
* **Approvato:** Richieste che il brand ha esaminato e contrassegnato come *Approvato*.
* **Completato:** Richieste che il brand ha gestito e a cui ha aggiunto una risposta finale prima di chiuderle come *Completato*.
* **Rifiutato:** Richieste che il brand ha esaminato e contrassegnato come *Respinte*.

#### Controlla lo stato della richiesta

1. Dalla barra di navigazione in alto, seleziona **Contenuti → Richieste**.
2. Nell'angolo in alto a sinistra, usa i seguenti filtri per perfezionare ulteriormente la visualizzazione delle tue richieste:
   * **Brand** - Filtra le richieste che hai fatto a un brand specifico.
   * **Tipo di richiesta** - Filtra per tipo di richiesta.
   * **Stato** - Filtra per **Tutte** gli stati delle richieste per visualizzare l'elenco completo delle richieste.
3. Trova la richiesta di cui vuoi visualizzare lo stato e controlla il suo **Stato**.
