# 启用用户级双重身份验证

配置双重身份验证（2FA），为你的 impact.com 账户增加一层额外安全保护。

#### 设置 2FA 验证方式

impact.com 的安全设置允许你在登录 impact.com 时从 3 种身份验证选项中进行选择。

1. 下载并安装你偏好的身份验证器应用：

   * [Authy](https://authy.com/download/)
   * [Google Authenticator](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1066447?hl=en\&ref_topic=2954345)
   * [Microsoft Authenticator](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/download-and-install-the-microsoft-authenticator-app-351498fc-850a-45da-b7b6-27e523b8702a)

2. 在仪表板右上角，选择 ![](/files/b59d6eeeaeff55e3b2a8ac0c38cb48c20172afe4) **\[用户资料]** → **编辑资料**.
3. 向下滚动到你的 *安全* 设置，并选择 **设置身份验证器**.
4. 你有 2 个选项：
   * 使用你的身份验证器应用扫描提供的二维码。
   * 将提供的代码字符串复制并粘贴到你的身份验证器应用中。
5. 你的身份验证器应用将生成一个 6 位数的基于时间的一次性密码（TOTP）。在 impact.com 平台上，选择 **下一步** 并输入 6 位数代码。
   * 你的 2FA 设置将被验证并保存。

2. 向下滚动到你的 *安全* 设置，并选择 **设置短信验证**.
3. 从 ![](/files/a5caf4de3651806e97e94acb469fdbb69e7c5307) **\[下拉菜单]** 中选择你的国家/地区代码，并输入你的手机号码。
4. 选择 **发送验证码**.
   * 你将收到一条包含 6 位数一次性密码（OTP）的短信。
5. 在 impact.com 平台上，选择 **下一步** 并输入 6 位数代码。
6. 选择 **验证并保存**.
   * 你的 2FA 设置将被验证并保存。

<summary>设置默认验证方式</summary>

你的账户可以启用多种验证方式。在这种情况下，你可以选择将哪种方式设为默认方式。

3. 选择你偏好的验证方式。
   * 下拉菜单只会显示已启用的验证选项。
   * 你设为默认的方式将用于未来的登录。

<summary>账户设置与用户设置</summary>

需要注意的是 *账户* 和 *用户* 可以独立启用 2FA。当在 *账户* 级别配置 2FA 时，该设置将应用于该账户下列出的所有用户（成员）。

让我们看看 Acme Inc. 的场景，该公司有两个用户账户（成员）——Justin Case 和 Oliver Sutton。

账户级别 2FA：\
在此示例中，Acme Inc. 账户已启用 2FA。该设置适用于 Justin 和 Oliver，使用 2FA 将成为必需项而非可选项。

用户级别 2FA：\
在此示例中，Acme Inc. 尚未为其账户设置 2FA 身份验证。但是，Justin 决定在自己的成员账户上启用它。由于它未在账户级别强制执行，因此登录时只有 Justin 会使用 2FA，Oliver 不会。
