# Included Creator & Advocate Features — FAQ Take the PXA course {% hint style="info" %} **Note:** This article is aimed at brands with no pre-existing paid subscriptions with Creator or Advocate. {% endhint %} {% embed url="" %} Previously, impact.com offered Creator, Advocate, and Performance as separate products with individual subscriptions. Now, Creator and Advocate features *may be included* in your existing Performance subscription at no additional fee. #### Am I eligible for the included features? If you meet these 3 criteria, Creator and Advocate are now available for you: * You have an active subscription with impact.com * Your subscription is one of the following: Performance Essentials, Performance Pro, Performance Enterprise, or Lead Gen * Your account has no pre-existing Creator or Advocate program or subscription {% hint style="info" %} **Note:** If you manage multiple accounts, only the account with an active paid subscription will have access to the included features. Accounts without a subscription are not eligible. {% endhint %} #### How do I get started? See [Get Started with Included Creator and Advocate Features](https://help.impact.com/other/readme/get-started-with-included-creator-and-advocate-features) for detailed setup steps based on your edition. #### What if I’m already paying for Creator or Advocate? If you’re already on a paid Creator or Advocate plan, there’s nothing you need to do right now. You’ll keep all your current features and pricing for the duration of your contract. When it’s time to renew your contract with impact.com, we’ll review your account and recommend the plan that best fits your needs. Until then, expect no changes to your pricing. #### What’s included in the Premium version? If you want the latest updates and newest features, you can get our Creator and Advocate Premium add-on editions for an extra subscription fee. See [Get Started with Included Creator and Advocate Features](https://help.impact.com/other/readme/get-started-with-included-creator-and-advocate-features) for detailed setup instructions. #### Why don’t I see the Get Started option? * If the *Get Started* widget isn’t visible in your account, it could be due to your current subscriptions with impact.com, which may make you ineligible. * If you are eligible but on the Performance Enterprise edition, you won’t see the *Get Started* widget—instead, you’ll see *Request a Demo*. This ensures you receive extra assistance getting started smoothly. * If you’re not on Performance Enterprise and the option is missing, it could be because Creator or Advocate is already set up on another linked brand account. If you manage multiple accounts, only the account with an active paid subscription will have the *Get Started* widget. #### Can I get started with Creator / Advocate across multiple brand accounts? No. If you manage multiple accounts, only the one with an active paid subscription has Creator and Advocate included. Each subscription includes 1 Creator and 1 Advocate program—to run multiple programs across multiple accounts, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium. #### Can I move my Creator / Advocate program to a different brand account? No. Moving your included Creator or Advocate program to another account is not possible. To run multiple programs, you’ll need to upgrade to Premium. #### Will I lose any data getting started? No, there’s no data loss when getting started with Creator and Advocate, nor when going Premium.
