# Redefina seu aplicativo autenticador para 2FA

A impact.com incentiva o uso de um aplicativo autenticador como seu método principal de autenticação de dois fatores (2FA). Se você precisar redefinir seu aplicativo autenticador, por exemplo, porque perdeu o dispositivo em que ele está instalado, você pode fazer isso na sua conta impact.com.

1. Na barra de navegação superior, selecione ![](/files/3f5cb95022d0edbdfe00c7bfafd2248cf5f55a7f) **\[Perfil do usuário] → Editar perfil**.
2. Role para baixo até a *Segurança* seção.
3. Abaixo *Aplicativo autenticador*, selecione **Redefinir**.
   * Uma janela de confirmação aparecerá. Selecione **Redefinir agora** para continuar a redefinição.
