# Réinitialisez votre application d'authentification pour la 2FA

impact.com recommande d’utiliser une application d’authentification comme principale méthode d’authentification à deux facteurs (2FA). Si vous devez réinitialiser votre application d’authentification, par exemple parce que vous avez perdu l’appareil sur lequel elle est installée, vous pouvez le faire depuis votre compte impact.com.

1. Dans la barre de navigation supérieure, sélectionnez ![](/files/49f0bb66cf491dd82d5c0f05c1382faa96baadb2) **\[Profil utilisateur] → Modifier le profil**.
2. Faites défiler vers le bas jusqu’à la *Sécurité* section.
3. Sous *Application d’authentification*, sélectionnez **Réinitialiser**.
   * Une fenêtre de confirmation apparaîtra. Sélectionnez **Réinitialiser maintenant** pour poursuivre la réinitialisation.
4. Reportez-vous à [Activer l’authentification à deux facteurs au niveau de l’utilisateur](/other/fr/reference-documentation/enable-user-level-two-factor-authentication.md) Pour obtenir des instructions sur le processus complet de réinitialisation.
