# Restablece tu aplicación de autenticación para la 2FA

impact.com recomienda usar una aplicación de autenticación como tu método principal de autenticación de dos factores (2FA). Si necesitas restablecer tu aplicación de autenticación, por ejemplo, porque has perdido el dispositivo en el que está instalada, puedes hacerlo desde tu cuenta de impact.com.

1. En la barra de navegación superior, selecciona ![](/files/866f76faa5768bddda7b4da06c415a44e33c4a52) **\[Perfil de usuario] → Editar perfil**.
2. Desplázate hacia abajo hasta *Seguridad* la sección.
3. Debajo *Aplicación de autenticación*, selecciona **Restablecer**.
   * Aparecerá una ventana de confirmación. Selecciona **Restablecer ahora** para continuar con el restablecimiento.
