# Setzen Sie Ihre Authenticator-App für 2FA zurück

impact.com empfiehlt, eine Authenticator-App als Ihre primäre Methode der Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung (2FA) zu verwenden. Wenn Sie Ihre Authenticator-App zurücksetzen müssen, z. B. weil Sie das Gerät verloren haben, auf dem sie installiert ist, können Sie dies in Ihrem impact.com-Konto tun.

1. Wählen Sie in der oberen Navigationsleiste ![](/files/d63807a55d3b35c69670628e16ebc668981fd3f7) **\[Benutzerprofil] → Profil bearbeiten**.
