If you’re working with a brand that has integrated the impact.com mobile partnerships solution, you don’t need to do anything else. All of the existing tracking links will have TrueLink functionality built in, which takes care of all the extra steps for you.
impact.com has introduced new features for mobile partnerships, and TrueLink is one of these features that enable mobile app deep linking, meaning you can deep link traffic from web-to-app, app-to-app, and app-to-web.
Depending on how brands configure their integration, your links will now automatically route mobile traffic to their app, send that traffic to the app store to download their app or send that traffic to a mobile webpage.

From the top navigation bar, select Brands → My Brands.
Select the brand you want to contact.
Select the
[Envelope] next to the brand’s name to contact the brand.
