If you're managing multiple programs, you can set custom branding, manage the sign-up page, retrieve your partner sign-up link, and set some automated emails and messages associated with a specific program.
Toggle between programs
This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access!Before you manage your program branding, ensure that the correct program is selected.
One of the first pages your direct partners will see is the sign-up page. You can manage the styling of this page to suit your brand identity.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.On the right, under Branding, select Partner Sign Up Page.
Refer to the Sign-up page reference table for more information.
Apply the changes and select Save.

Description
General
Copy the sign-up link that potential partners can use to apply to your program.
Standard Terms
You can set standard terms by selecting between impact.com's master agreement or your own custom agreement, for the partner to agree on when they sign up.
If you have any questions or concerns about your terms, contact support.
Language
Select the language you want your branded links to be in from the drop-down menu.
Survey
Optionally, select a survey you'd like partners to complete upon signing up for your program.
Partner Vetting
Optionally, screen partners with impact.com's marketplace verification process before they sign up for your program. If the partner passes the vetting process, a blue
[Checkmark] will appear by their name.This feature is only accessible to specific impact.com editions or add-ons. Contact us to upgrade your account and get access!
Styling
Use Basic Mode to enter hex codes to style your sign-up page colors.
Use Advanced Mode to enter custom CSS color styling.
Header
Optionally, add a header to your sign-up page. Use Basic Mode to add any header links as menu items, toggle if you want a cover image in your header, and enter a suitable heading and description for your program. Use Advanced Mode to enter custom HTML code for your header.
Footer
Optionally, add a footer to your sign-up page. Use Basic Mode to add any footer links as menu items, toggle if you want a cover image in your header, and enter a suitable heading and description for your program. Use Advanced Mode to enter custom HTML code for your footer.
Manage what the automated messages (e.g., welcome messages or rejection messages) associated with this program will say. These messages are unique to each program and need to be set up for each one.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Menu] → Settings.On the right, under Branding, select System Emails and UI Messages.
Next to the setting you want to change, select
[Edit].See the sections below for a breakdown of these settings.
Apply the changes and select Save.

Select if you want to use account branding settings or program-specific branding settings. For program-specific settings, use the color-pickers and fields to customize your emails.
Preview Branded Email
Select Open in new window to see what the automated email for your program will look like.

Select if you want to send an automated email to welcome partners after a partnership has been initiated.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter email copy.
Select Preview to see what your welcome email will look like.
Welcome UI Message
Select if you want to send an automated welcome UI message once a partner has logged in.
Select if you want to support multiple languages. If you do, select for which language you want to enter message copy.
Enter a title and HTML code for the message copy.
