Partners can add their own comments to an open violation, which will appear as a thread when viewing it.
Note
When adding comments, always make sure to select Save Violation at the bottom of the screen to ensure your comment is saved.
In Protect, from the left navigation menu, select Violations.
On the Violations screen, find the violation you want to view or add comments on and select
[More] → View.Go to the Comments section to view — if you wish to respond, select Add comment.
Select Add to submit your comment.
Select Save Violation to save your comment and update the violation.
