Contact your Partnered Brand

If funds disappeared from your account before you withdrew them, the brand responsible for paying you those funds may have left impact.com. Almost always, the brand will go through a structured process before leaving the platform, so brands will almost always pay you before leaving. You can view which brands still need to pay you via the Pending screen.

To see if the brand has left impact.com, first check if they're listed on your My Brands page:

  1. From the top navigation menu, select Brands [Drop-down menu]My Brands.

  2. Under the top navigation menu, search for the brand responsible for paying your missing funds.

If the brand does not appear and you received no explicit communications that their contract with you was terminated, they may have left impact.com. If this is the case, you will need to reach out to them directly to retrieve your outstanding funds.
