Check your Bank Information

Next, check that your bank account information listed on matches your actual bank information.

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Menu] → Settings.

  2. Under the Finance section, select Bank Account.

If your bank account information is incorrect, funds may not disperse to your account or withdrawals may be sent to the wrong bank account. If funds were deposited to the wrong bank account, contact support. If your bank account information is correct, but you still haven't received the correct withdrawal amount, check your withdrawal details next to see what amount was withdrawn from the platform.
