Once you've created a policy, it will appear on the Policy screen. From here you can find policies using the search or filter bar. You can edit or de-activate active policies, and reactivate or delete policies no longer in use.

You can change the details or status of your policy by following these steps:
Find the specific Policy you want to change.
Hover your cursor to the far right of the row and select
[More].
From the menu that appears, you can Edit, De-Activate / Activate, or Delete the policy.

Note
Inactive policies still count toward your keyword limit. To remove these keywords from your limit, you must delete the inactive policy.
Policy status | Description |
Active | Sets the policy to active. This resumes the monitoring of data on search engines. |
Inactive | Sets the policy to inactive. This pauses monitoring of data on search engines but does not remove trademarks from your monthly keyword limit. |
Deleted | Deletes the policy for good and removes trademarks from your monthly keyword limit. |
