Partner Applications Report

The Partner Applications report displays all your partner application information for your selected program. Here, you can find KPIs such as earliest action, applications, and retracted offer.

Access the report

  1. From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] [Engage]ReportsMore Reports.

  2. From the Category filter next to the search bar, select Operations.

  3. Select Partner Applications to view the report.

  4. Below Partner Applications, you can filter for the data you want to view. Select  [Search][Search] when you have the filters in place that you want.

    • You can use the icons at the top-right of the page to [Pin] pin[Email] \ [Schedule] schedule or [Download] download (in PDF, Excel, or CSV format).

    Description

    Date Range

    You can pull a maximum of 366 days of data.

    Contract Results

    Filter by the partner's contract status:

    • Approvals

    • Pending

    • Rejections and Other Results

    New Partner

    Filter partner applications according to new or existing partners.

    Select Yes or No to filter by new or existing partners.

Access the Data Tables

The data tables provides different data points displayed in a column view. This view provides a detailed set of comparable numbers over the selected date range.

  1. See the tables below for more details on the columns in the Overview and Details data tables.

  2. Add or remove columns from the report table using the [Column] [Columns] icon at the top-right of the report.

    Note: Some columns may be hidden if they have not pulled any data.

    Description

    Campaign (Program)

    The name of the campaign/program associated with the partner application.

    Campaign (Program) ID

    The campaign/program unique identifier on the impact.com platform.

    Is New MP

    If the partner has been newly onboarded. Indicating the brand has officially started working with them for collaboration, or not.

    Pending Proposals

    The number of proposals pending associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Applications

    The number of partner applications associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Auto Approve

    The automatically approved partner applications based on predefined criteria, without manual review.

    Accepted

    The number of accepted partner applications associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Rejected

    The number of rejected applications associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Pending

    The number of pending partner applications associated with the selected campaign/program.

    MP Accepted Offer

    The number of offers accepted by partners associated with the selected campaign/program.

    MP Rejected Offer

    The number of offers rejected by partners associated by the selected campaign/program.

    Retracted Offer

    The number of offers retracted associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Countered Offer

    The number of offers countered by you associated with the selected campaign/program.

    MP Countered Offer

    The number of offers that are countered by partners associated with the selected campaign/program.

    Details

    Column

    Description

    Partner ID

    The unique identifier associated with the partner.

    Partner

    The name of the partner.

    Campaign (Program)

    The name of the campaign/program to which the partner belongs.

    Insertion Order (Template Term)

    The template terms outlining the details of the campaign/program agreement.

    Advertiser Signer

    The account user responsible for the partner application.

    Partner Signer

    The partner account user responsible for the application.

    Application Date

    The date when the application was submitted.

    Accept Date

    The date the partner application was accepted.

    Reject Date

    The date the partner application or offer was rejected.

    Retract Date

    The date the partner application or offer was retracted.

    Result

    The outcome or status of the application (e.g., Accepted)

    Is New Partner

    Indicates whether the partner is newly onboarded to impact.com.

    Decline Reason

    The reason provided for declining a a partner application.

    ir_rating

    A legacy feature which would show the partner's performance rating on the platform.

    Country

    The country in which the partner is based.

    URL

    See the partner's website. You can use this website to learn more about the partner.

    Email

    View the email of the partner contact. You can use this email to send any questions you have for the partner.

    Workphone

    View a phone number of the partner contact. You can use this phone number to send any questions you have for the partner.

    Cellphone

    View a phone number of the partner contact. You can use this phone number to send any questions you have for the partner.

    Data Joined IR

    The date when the partner joined the internal report.

    Clicks

    The total number of clicks generated from the campaign/program.

    Actions

    The total number of actions (such as conversions, sign-ups, etc.) taken as a result of the campaign/program.

    Earliest Action

    The date when the first action occurred in relation to the campaign/program.
