Social Listening monitors specific keywords and hashtags to identify content that resonates with your brand. Once you have created a social listener, you can perform various actions, such as editing and pausing social listeners or viewing social listening results.
From the left navigation bar, select
[Discover] → Social Listening.
Hover your cursor over the listener you want to make adjustments to, and select
[More] → Edit.
You can then make the following edits:
Change the listener Name.
Add or remove hashtags or keywords from the Specific Channels and Channel filters.
Change the frequency of your email Alerts.
Select Save.
You can Pause a listener and Reactivate it in the future.
