Social Listening monitors specific keywords and hashtags to identify content that resonates with your brand. Once you have created a social listener, you can perform various actions, such as editing and pausing social listeners or viewing social listening results.
- From the left navigation bar, select - [Discover] → Social Listening. 
- Hover your cursor over the listener you want to make adjustments to, and select - [More] → Edit. 
- You can then make the following edits: - Change the listener Name. 
- Add or remove hashtags or keywords from the Specific Channels and Channel filters. 
- Change the frequency of your email Alerts. 
 
- Select Save. 
You can Pause a listener and Reactivate it in the future.
