This article will explain how to manage your messaging templates.
From the left navigation menu, select Partners → Automation → Messaging Templates.
Select the
[Columns] on the right of the screen to add or remove columns from the table.Column
Description
Name
The name of the template.
Create Date
The date the template was created.
Last Updated by
The last account user to have made changes to the template.
Hover your cursor hover a template if you want to make changes to it and select Edit.
Optionally, hover your cursor over a template and select
[More] to Send Test Email or Delete it.
