Verify your identity requires partners to verify their identity to reduce the risk of fraud. You’ll receive a prompt within the website or app to start the verification process. You may also receive an email reminder.

  1. At the top-right corner of the partner Dashboard, select the verify your identity in the Security Alert banner notification.

  2. Select the green Get Verified button to start the verification process:

    1. A pop-up modal will appear, select Use a smartphone to submit your identity verification via phone.

      • Alternatively, if you prefer using your computer, select Continue with your current device at the bottom of the modal.

    2. You will then be prompted to confirm your identity, select the blue Let's go button at the bottom of the modal. Be sure to have your government-issued identity card/document on hand.

    3. You'll need to take the following images and ensure that the document is valid and the photo is clear:

      • The front of your identity card/document (e.g., a passport, driver's license, or national ID card)

      • The back of your identity card/document

      • A selfie

    4. Once you submit your photos, the process will begin and should only take a few minutes to verify. Once complete, you should see successful submission confirmation.


      Note: The last step in the process can take a few extra minutes to clear, you can either wait for it or you can dismiss the window to be taken back to your dashboard.

  3. Once the verification process is complete, you will receive feedback on whether your identity has been successfully verified.

    • If the verification is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from

    • If additional steps are needed, follow the instructions provided in your email for further assistance.

    Screenshot_2024-05-17_at_09_53_26.png processes a large number of requests at any one time, so don't be concerned if the process takes a while even after your assistance. The expected wait time for verification of bank details ranges between 7 and 10 working days.

Tips to minimize the impact of the delay

  • Budget for payment delays before updating your bank details on

  • Avoid logging multiple support tickets as this will increase the number of requests that need processing.

    • Replying to a single ticket keeps the reference number intact and helps with resolution times.

  • Double-check that you have no payment requirements which could extend the delay more than necessary.

  • Stay informed by learning more about the factors that influence when partners receive payouts.

  • If the delay exceeds 15 working days, contact support to figure out what may be causing the unexpected delay.
