Expire and Reactivate Promo Codes

Because Tracking Promo Codes alter the impact.com action processing flow and influence the crediting logic, codes must always be expired before being changed.

Expire a promo code

  1. On the Promo Codes screen, find the promo code you want to expire from the list.

  2. Hover over the promo code's row, and select [More] → Expire.

  3. Review the warning and select OK.

Reactivate a promo code

  1. On the Promo Codes screen, select the Code Schedule filter and set it to Expired Promo Codes.

  2. Find the expired promo code you want to reactivate.

  3. Hover over the promo code's row, select [More]→ Reactivate.

    • The promo code status will be set to Active.
