The OrderId (OID) Lookup report gives you more information about a specific order, like what program it's associated with, its status, the associated payout, and more.
You will need the Order ID number of the order you want to look up. You can retrieve the Order ID from multiple locations, like the Action Listing Report or the Pending Payouts screen. Once you have the Order Id number for the order you want to look up, you can use this report.
From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] → Transactions → Pending Payouts → Actions.
In the top right corner, select [Reports] → OID Lookup.
Enter your Order ID number, then select Lookup.
View the report.
Here you can view information about the order you looked up. If you need information about the order's associated action, see the Action Lookup by OID report section below.

Table Column | Description |
Event Date | The date and time that the order happened. This will be in ISO 8601 format. |
Campaign | The program (formerly known as campaign) associated with this order. |
Action Tracker | impact.com's ID number for the event type (formerly known as action tracker) associated with the order. |
Status | Any status updates or warnings for this order. |
Payout | What the payout for this specific order is. |
Referrer Info | Information about how the order was tracked, like impact.com's number ID for the partner that drove the order. |
Error Message | If there are any terminal error messages for the order, they will appear here. |
This report will show you action data related to the Order ID number you use. You can view the sale amount, the payout, the client cost, and more. This report will not work if you do not have a valid Order ID number and will not work with order IDs associated with pending actions.
From the left navigation bar, select [Engage] → Transactions → Pending Payouts → Actions.
In the top right corner, select [Reports] → Action Lookup by OID.
Under Action Lookup by OID, select Enter OID value, then enter the Order ID value.
Select [Search].
View the report.

Table Column | Description |
Action Date | The date and time that the order happened. This will be in ISO 8601 format. |
Action ID | The ID for the order's associated tracked action. Select the Action ID number to view the Action Detail report, where you can see the journey the consumer took, the sale amount, and more. |
OID | The order ID number. This will match the order ID number you enter in Step 3 above. |
Sale Amount | The sale amount for the associated action. |
Payout | The payout for the associated action. |
Rate | The payout rate for the associated action. |
Client Cost | The client cost for driving the associated action. |
Media Fee | The media fee for the associated action. |
Action Status | What stage in the action locking process the associated action is. |
Payable Status | What stage in the payment scheduling process the associated action is. |
Promo Code | If a promo code was used, it would appear in this column. |
Partner | Which publisher drove the associated order event? |
Event Type | The type of action which was tracked. E.g., Online sale/CPA, lead submit, app download. |
Show | If you added any columns with the Show filter, they would appear at the right end of the table. |
