# 设置您的 Amazon 卖家资金策略

无论你是 impact.com 的新用户还是现有客户，都需要确保你的 Amazon Seller 计划资金策略与 Amazon 的 28 天行动锁定期适当一致。如果你已有现成的 impact.com 计划，可能需要设置 Billing Groups，为你的 Amazon Seller 计划创建单独的资金策略。

## 为什么锁定期很重要

Amazon 的行动锁定期是指 Amazon 跟踪转化与该行动在 impact.com 上最终完成之间的时间。一旦最终确定或“锁定”，该行动就不能再因退货而撤销，也不能为付款调整而修改。此时，无论其行动是否符合你合同中的条款，你都必须为这笔销售向合作伙伴付款。

考虑到 Amazon 的锁定期为 28 天，而你的 Amazon 转化数据最多可能需要 2 天才会在 impact.com 上显示，你的资金策略应足够长，以涵盖这段时间内可能发生的任何撤销或修改。我们强烈建议按下述方式设置资金策略，以尽量降低对被拒绝转化自动付款的风险。

## 与多种计划类型协作

如果你已有一个现有的 impact.com 计划，并且你与合作伙伴合同中规定的行动锁定期是 **1 个月零 2 天** 或更长，那么你可以继续为 Amazon Seller 计划使用现有的资金策略。这个时间窗口足够长，可确保 Amazon 上任何撤销或修改都会在自动付款发生前反映到 impact.com 中。

#### **步骤 1：设置自定义 GAAP 开票**

1. 从顶部导航栏中选择 **your balance → Settings → Billing Groups**.
   1. Billing Group 功能目前处于测试版——请联系 [support](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml) 以获得访问权限。
2. 将鼠标悬停在你的 Amazon Seller 计划的 billing group 上，然后选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[More] → Partner Fees Document Settings**.
