# 排查损坏的跟踪链接

#### 识别跟踪链接差异

如果您注意到我们平台与您内部系统之间存在数据差异，您可能需要进行故障排除。常见差异包括：

* 报表中的操作次数呈平线。
* **对于 UTT：** 在浏览器控制台中，如果 [UTT、Identify 或 Conversion 标签](https://integrations.impact.com/impact-brand/docs/javascript-installation) 显示的内容不是 `200 响应` 代码。
* **对于 API：** 如果您正在向 [转化端点](https://integrations.impact.com/impact-brand/reference/conversions-model) 提交操作，而响应不是 `200 响应` 代码。
* **对于插件：** 如果您使用 impact.com 跟踪链接下单，但该订单未显示在您的 impact.com 账户中。在浏览器控制台中，如果 `PageLoad` 事件显示 `400 响应` 代码，请检查您的站点定义是否正确。如果没有显示 `PageLoad` 事件，请重新安装插件。
* **对于 FTP：** 如果您已提交批处理文件，但 2 小时后这些操作仍未显示在平台中。
