# 追溯提交转化数据

如果你的转化数据没有自动跟踪——无论你是在服务器端收集、依赖 cookie，还是客户遗漏了合作伙伴的促销代码——你都可以将其追溯提交给 impact.com。这样你可以将归因奖励分配给正确的合作伙伴，保持报告准确，并且在动作锁定之前可选择修改或撤销操作。
本文将解释如何通过以下方式格式化并提交你的数据： *电子邮件*，这是进行一次性追溯上传的最简单方法。

### 准备你的数据文件
请按照以下说明查看模板文件，添加你的转化数据，并将其保存为 .csv 格式。你需要的模板取决于你是在以下层级跟踪转化： *商品层级* （即包含订单中每个商品的 SKU、数量等信息），还是在 *订单层级* （即仅跟踪订单本身，而不跟踪其中的商品）。你也可以提交 [链式操作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/actions/track-your-conversion-funnel-using-chained-actions.md) 数据。

**警告：** 我们强烈建议不要提交超过 88 天的操作，因为 impact.com 目前不会处理事件日期超出该时间范围的 FTP 提交转化。最多可处理 398 天前的转化，但前提是归因使用 `MediaId`.

2. 将你的转化数据添加到文件中。

3. 将你想要上报的任何可选参数作为新列追加到文件中。
4. 请将文件保存为 .CSV 格式，并使用便于识别的标题和日期（例如， `2020-01-01_ActionData.csv`).

**注意：** 对于商品层级批量文件，具有多个相关 SKU 的订单 ID 必须连续列出。未将具有相同订单 ID 但不同 SKU 的行项目分组在一起，将导致文件靠后列出的 SKU 出现 `OID_DUPLICATE` 错误

### 通过电子邮件提交你的数据文件
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在右侧的 *跟踪*下，选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 选择你想要提交转化数据的事件类型 **名称** 。
4. 在 *退货处理*下，选择  **旁边选择**.
5. 编辑 **自动化退货处理（高级）**.
6. 编辑 **将文件通过电子邮件发送到系统 SMTP 服务器**，然后复制你的唯一电子邮件地址。
7. 使用任意电子邮件客户端，向该唯一地址发送一封电子邮件，并将你的转化数据文件作为附件。
* 仅在 *收件人：* 字段中包含该事件类型的唯一电子邮件地址。如果你需要将此文件发送给其他人，请将他们添加到 *抄送：* 字段中。
8. 将主题字段和邮件正文留空，然后 **发送** 该电子邮件。

### 检查你的文件提交
