# 追溯提交转化数据

如果你的转化数据没有自动跟踪——无论你是在服务器端收集，依赖 cookie，还是客户漏用了合作伙伴的促销代码——你都可以事后提交到 impact.com。这可以让你将归因分配给正确的合作伙伴，保持报告准确，并可选择在操作锁定前修改或撤销操作。

本文说明如何通过以下方式格式化并提交你的数据： *电子邮件*，这是一次性追溯上传的最简单方法。

### 准备你的数据文件

请按照以下说明查看模板文件，添加你的转化数据，并将其保存为 .csv 格式。你需要的模板取决于你是在 *商品级* （即包含订单中每个商品的 SKU、数量等信息）还是在 *订单级* （即只跟踪订单本身，而不跟踪其中的商品）进行转化跟踪。你还可以提交 [串联操作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/actions/track-your-conversion-funnel-using-chained-actions.md) 数据。

**警告：** 我们强烈建议不要提交超过 88 天的操作，因为 impact.com 目前不会处理事件日期超出该时间范围的 FTP 提交转化。最长 398 天前的转化可以被处理，但前提是归因使用 `MediaId`.

2. 将你的转化数据添加到文件中。

4. 将文件保存为 .CSV 格式，并使用一个易于识别的标题和日期（例如， `2020-01-01_ActionData.csv`).

**注意：** 对于商品级批量文件，具有多个关联 SKU 的订单 ID 必须连续列出。未将相同订单 ID 和不同 SKU 的明细行归组，将导致文件后面列出的 SKU 出现 `OID_DUPLICATE` 错误。

### 通过电子邮件提交您的数据文件

7. 使用任意电子邮件客户端，将你的转化数据文件作为附件发送到该唯一地址。
   * 仅在该事件类型的 *收件人：* 字段中包含该事件类型的唯一电子邮件地址。如果您需要将此文件发送给其他人，请将他们添加到 *抄送：* 字段中。
8. 将主题字段和邮件正文留空，并 **发送** 发送该电子邮件。

### 查看你的文件提交
