# 追溯提交转化数据

如果您的转化数据没有被自动跟踪——无论您是在服务器端收集、依赖 cookie，还是客户遗漏了合作伙伴的促销代码——您都可以追溯提交到 impact.com。这样可以将归因分配给正确的合作伙伴，保持报告准确，并且在动作锁定之前可选择修改或撤销这些动作。

本文介绍如何通过以下方式格式化并提交您的数据： *电子邮件*，这是一次性追溯上传最简单的方法。

### 准备数据文件

按照以下说明查看模板文件，添加转化数据，并将其保存为 .csv 格式。您所需的模板取决于您跟踪转化的粒度是在 *商品级别* （即包括订单中每个商品的 SKU、数量等），还是在 *订单级别* （即只跟踪订单本身，而不跟踪其中的商品）。您也可以提交 [链式动作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/actions/track-your-conversion-funnel-using-chained-actions.md) 数据。

**警告：** 我们强烈建议不要提交超过 88 天的动作，因为 impact.com 目前不会处理事件日期超出该时间窗口的 FTP 提交转化。最多可处理 398 天前的转化，但前提是归因使用 `MediaId`.

### 通过电子邮件提交数据文件

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/34cff7cafbbfcd416778a35b63cb058c27bcda8b) **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在右侧栏中，在 *跟踪*部分下，选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 将鼠标悬停在您要提交转化数据的事件类型上，选择 ![](/files/8a9609aa5065c8eba01d4500953f1a2cbaba666c) **\[更多]**，然后选择 **查看 / 编辑**.
4. 在 *退货处理*部分下，选择 ![](/files/ae87ea28f541bc1749d482fcfdb423e5cb4965f8) **\[编辑]**.
5. 选择 **通过电子邮件将文件发送至系统 SMTP 服务器**，然后复制您的专属电子邮件地址。
6. 在发送文件之前，请确认以下内容：
   * 文件已保存为 .CSV 格式。
   * 您已选择正确的数据级别：商品级用于产品详情，或订单级用于订单总额。
   * 您正在使用与所选数据级别匹配的 impact.com 模板。
7. 使用任意电子邮件客户端，将包含转化数据文件附件的电子邮件发送到该专属地址。
   * 仅在 *收件人：* 字段中包含该事件类型的专属电子邮件地址。如果您需要将此文件发送给其他人，请将他们添加到 *抄送：* 字段中。
8. 将主题字段和邮件正文留空，然后 **发送** 该电子邮件。

### 查看您的文件提交

2. 在左侧栏中，在 *技术* 部分下，选择 [**文件提交**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/accountSettings/techintegration/ftp-file-submissions-flow.ihtml).
3. 使用该表查看 impact.com 已收到的最近文件提交，包括当前处理状态。
