# 补交转化数据

如果你的转化数据没有被自动跟踪——无论是你在服务器端收集它、依赖 cookie，还是客户遗漏了合作伙伴的促销代码——你都可以将其追溯提交到 impact.com。这使你能够将功劳归属给正确的合作伙伴，保持报告准确，并可选择在操作锁定前修改或撤销操作。

### 准备你的数据文件

**警告：** 我们强烈建议不要提交早于 88 天的操作，因为 impact.com 目前不会处理事件日期超出该时间范围的 FTP 提交转化。最多可处理 398 天前的转化，但前提是归因使用 `MediaId`.

### 通过电子邮件提交你的数据文件

1. 从顶部导航栏中选择 ![](/files/34cff7cafbbfcd416778a35b63cb058c27bcda8b) **\[用户资料] → 设置**.
2. 在右侧栏中，位于 *跟踪*下，选择 [**事件类型**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/tracking-settings/actiontracker/view-actiontracker-flow.ihtml).
3. 将鼠标悬停在你要提交转化数据的事件类型上，选择 ![](/files/8a9609aa5065c8eba01d4500953f1a2cbaba666c) **\[更多]**，然后选择 **查看 / 编辑**.
4. 在 *退货处理*下，选择 ![](/files/ae87ea28f541bc1749d482fcfdb423e5cb4965f8) **\[编辑]**.
5. 选择 **将文件通过电子邮件发送到系统 SMTP 服务器**，然后复制你的专属电子邮件地址。
6. 发送文件之前，请确认以下内容：
   * 你的文件已保存为 .CSV 格式。
   * 你已选择正确的数据级别：商品详情使用商品级，或订单总计使用订单级。
   * 你使用的是与你所选数据级别匹配的 impact.com 模板。
7. 使用任意电子邮件客户端，向该专属地址发送一封电子邮件，并将你的转化数据文件作为附件。
   * 仅在 *收件人：* 字段中包含该事件类型的专属电子邮件地址。如果你需要将此文件发送给其他人，请将他们加入 *抄送：* 字段。
8. 将主题字段和正文留空，然后 **发送** 该电子邮件。

### 查看你的文件提交

2. 在左侧栏中，位于 *技术* 部分下，选择 [**文件提交**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/accountSettings/techintegration/ftp-file-submissions-flow.ihtml).
