# 批量提交转化数据
如果你的转化数据未被自动跟踪——无论你是在服务器端收集，还是依赖 Cookie——你可以使用批量处理直接将转化数据提交到 impact.com。你也可能需要 [事后提交转化数据](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/submit-and-modify-conversion-data/submit-conversion-data/submit-conversion-data-via-ftp-or-email.md) ，例如当客户错过了合作伙伴的促销码时。提交这些数据可确保你将佣金归因给正确的合作伙伴，保持报告准确，并可选择在动作锁定前修改或撤销它们。

### 准备你的数据文件

**警告：** 我们强烈建议不要提交早于 88 天的动作，因为 impact.com 目前不会处理事件日期超出该时间窗口的 FTP 提交转化。最多 398 天前的转化可以处理，但前提是归因使用 `MediaId`.

### 提交你的数据文件

4. 将你的文件上传到你上面指定的 *目录* 。
* impact.com 每 24 小时尝试连接并从你的 FTP 服务器下载文件，因此文件在上传后最多可能需要 24 小时才能处理。
将文件通过电子邮件发送到系统 SMTP 服务器
1. 选择 **将文件通过电子邮件发送到系统 SMTP 服务器。**
2. 在你所选方法下方会提供一个唯一的电子邮件地址。复制该电子邮件地址。
3. 使用任意电子邮件客户端，向该唯一地址发送电子邮件，并将你的批量修改文件作为附件。
* 仅在 *收件人：* 字段中包含该事件类型的唯一电子邮件地址。如果你需要将此文件发送给其他人，请将他们添加到 *抄送：* 字段中。
4. 你可以将主题字段和正文留空。

### 查看你的文件提交
