# 设置招募代理

## **设置并激活代理**
请按照以下步骤设置并激活你的招聘代理。

### **打开“浏览代理”页面**
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 **代理**.
* 如果你已经有一个已激活的代理，请选择 **浏览代理** 在右上角。
2. 在 *任务代理*下，选择 **招聘代理** 卡片。

### **设置你的代理**
1. 可选地，更新 **代理名称**。默认值为“招聘代理”。
2. 在 **你的网站 URL**中，输入你品牌的网站 URL。该 URL 已预先填充，你也可以将其更改为任何你想要的 URL。包含详细品牌信息的页面，例如“关于我们”页面，可以帮助代理生成更准确的指令。
3. 选择 **配置代理**.
* impact.com 使用 AI 根据你的网站和 Marketplace 资料生成初始指令。此过程大约需要 10–15 秒。

### **检查并编辑你的指令**
1. 在漏斗中，在 **代理配置** 面板中，选择 **编辑**.

### **配置子代理**
1. 在子代理卡片上，将切换开关设为  **\[开启切换]** 或  **\[关闭切换]**.
2. 选择 **编辑** 以打开该子代理的设置。
3. 调整设置，然后选择 **保存**。请参见下面的 [*发现设置*](#discover-settings) 和 [*评估申请设置*](#evaluate-applications-settings) 参考。
4. 选择 **更新** 页面右上角的内容以应用更改。

**重要：** 在子代理的侧滑面板中选择 **保存** 不会自动保存你的更改。若要保留更改，你还必须在右上角选择 **更新** ，或者 **激活代理** 如果这是你第一次设置该代理。如果你在未执行此操作的情况下离开页面，更改将不会保存。

### **激活你的代理**
选择 **激活代理** 在右上角。
激活代理后，它会移入代理列表并开始工作。计划中的发现运行会从下一次计划时间开始，评估申请子代理会开始处理新的入站申请。

## **查看子代理设置**
每个子代理都已预先配置。展开下面的某个子代理，以在激活代理之前查看每项设置的作用。
发现设置
* **来源渠道：** 选择子代理查找新合作伙伴的位置。
* **impact.com Marketplace** （默认选中）：搜索已在 impact.com 网络中的合作伙伴。提案会通过 impact.com 平台发送，并且更有可能获得更高的转化率。
* **创作者搜索** （即将推出）：在 YouTube、TikTok、Instagram 和 Facebook 上搜索相关创作者。
* **分配群组：** 设置为  **\[开启切换]**时，代理会自动将新发现的潜在合作伙伴分配到某个群组。默认值为“招聘代理：发现”群组。
* **运行计划频率：** 设置一个计划，以自动发现新合作伙伴。如果设置为 **\[关闭切换]**，你仍然可以随时使用 **运行发现**手动运行发现。Beta 阶段中，你每 24 小时可运行一次发现。计划运行会占用该每日限额，因此如果当天已安排运行，就不能再手动运行。
* **单次最大运行限制：** 使用滑块设置每次运行的上限，范围为 10–50，默认值为 30。这样你就能获得可预测的批量规模，而不是无上限的新潜在合作伙伴流。
评估申请设置
* **质量与安全护栏** （推荐）：根据平台的 Marketplace 标准筛选新的合作伙伴注册，从而让你专注于高质量申请。符合这些标准的合作伙伴是 [*Marketplace 已批准*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/marketplace-vs-direct-partner-recruiting-explained.md)*.* 这些检查会查看身份和联系方式、媒体资产、受众真实性、内容安全、流量质量和风险指标等信号；impact.com 会设定并维护确切的标准和阈值。开启此设置也会开启 [*合作伙伴验证*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/shi-yong-he-zuo-huo-ban-yan-zheng-zi-dong-shai-cha-he-zuo-huo-ban.md) 设置；关闭它不会关闭合作伙伴验证。你可以在“合作伙伴注册页面”设置中找到合作伙伴验证。
* **默认回退：** 设置代理如何处理不符合 Marketplace 标准的合作伙伴申请。请选择以下之一：
* **保持待处理** （默认）：将这些申请保持为待处理，供你手动审核。
* **拒绝：** 自动拒绝这些申请。
* **代理自主性：** 选择 **自动驾驶** 以便代理将每个申请与你的指令和合作伙伴数据进行比对，然后接受或拒绝明显匹配的申请，或者 **副驾驶** 以便代理通过将申请分配到某个群组来建议操作，而由你做最终决定。
* **分组合作伙伴：** 设置为  **\[开启切换]**时，代理在评估申请后会自动分配一个群组。你可以自定义每种结果所使用的群组名称：
* **已接受：** 默认为“招聘代理已接受”。
* **待处理：** 默认为“由招聘代理保持待处理”。
* **已拒绝：** 默认为“由招聘代理拒绝”。
