# 设置招募代理

## **设置并激活代理**
按照以下步骤设置并激活你的招聘代理。

### **打开“浏览代理”页面**
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 **代理**.
* 如果你已经有一个已激活的代理，请选择 **浏览代理** ，位于右上角。
2. 在 *任务代理*，选择 **招聘代理** 卡片。

### **设置你的代理**
1. 你也可以选择更新 **代理名称**。默认值为“招聘代理”。
2. 在 **你的网站 URL**，输入你的品牌网站 URL。该字段已预填，你可以将其更改为任意你想要的 URL。包含详细品牌信息的页面，例如“关于我们”页面，可帮助代理生成更准确的指令。
3. 选择 **配置代理**.
* impact.com 使用 AI 根据你的网站和 Marketplace 资料生成初始指令。这大约需要 10–15 秒。
* 如果 AI 无法生成你的指令，例如因为你的品牌 URL 无法访问，你可以手动编写。请参见 [编写有效的代理指令](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/review-partner-applications/recruitment-agent/write-effective-agent-instructions.md).

### **查看并编辑你的指令**
1. 在漏斗中，在 **代理配置** 面板中，选择 **编辑**.

### **配置子代理**
1. 在子代理卡片上，将切换开关设置为  **\[开启切换]** 或 .svg?alt=media\&token=a85366cd-4b70-41a6-83df-319f89597ede) **\[关闭]**.
2. 选择 **编辑** 以打开该子代理的设置。
3. 调整设置，然后选择 **保存**。参见 [*发现设置*](#discover-settings) 和 [*评估申请设置*](#evaluate-applications-settings) 下方的参考内容。
4. 选择 **更新** ，以应用你的更改。

**重要：** 选择 **保存** 在子代理的侧边抽屉中不会自动保存你的更改。若要保留更改，你还必须同时选择 **更新** ，位于右上角，或者 **激活代理** 如果这是你首次设置该代理，则选择此项。如果你在此之前离开页面，更改将不会保存。

### **激活你的代理**
选择 **激活代理** ，位于右上角。
激活代理后，它将移至代理列表并开始工作。计划的 Discovery 运行将从下一个计划时间开始，Evaluate Applications 子代理将开始处理新的入站申请。

## **查看子代理设置**
每个子代理都已预先配置。请展开下面的某个子代理，在激活代理之前查看每项设置的作用。
发现设置
* **资源渠道：** 选择子代理查找新合作伙伴的位置。
* **impact.com Marketplace** （默认已选中）：搜索已在 impact.com 网络中的合作伙伴。提案会在 impact.com 平台内发送，因此更可能带来更高的转化率。
* **创作者搜索** （即将推出）：在 YouTube、TikTok、Instagram 和 Facebook 上搜索相关创作者。
* **分配群组：** 当设置为  **\[开启切换]**时，代理会自动将新发现的潜在合作伙伴分配到某个群组。默认分配到“招聘代理：发现”群组。
* **计划运行频率：** 设置计划以自动发现新合作伙伴。如果将其设置为 **\[关闭]**，你仍然可以随时使用 **运行发现**手动运行。对于测试版，你每 24 小时只能运行一次 Discovery。计划运行会占用该每日额度，因此如果已安排计划运行，则当天也无法手动运行。
* **最大运行上限：** 使用滑块设置每次运行的上限，范围为 10–50，默认值为 30。这样可获得可预测的批量规模，而不是无上限的新潜在合作伙伴流。
评估申请设置
* **质量与安全护栏** （推荐）：根据平台的 Marketplace 标准审核新的合作伙伴注册，这样你就能专注于高质量申请。符合这些标准的合作伙伴被视为 [*Marketplace 审核通过*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/marketplace-vs-direct-partner-recruiting-explained.md)*.* 这些检查会查看身份和联系方式、媒体资产、受众真实性、内容安全、流量质量以及风险指标等信号；impact.com 会设定并维护具体的标准和阈值。开启此设置也会同时开启 [*合作伙伴验证*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/screen-partners-automatically-with-partner-verification.md) 设置；关闭它并不会关闭合作伙伴验证。你可以在合作伙伴注册页面设置中找到合作伙伴验证。
* **默认回退：** 设置代理如何处理不符合 Marketplace 标准的合作伙伴申请。请选择以下之一：
* **保留待处理** （默认）：将这些申请保留为待处理，以便你手动审核。
* **拒绝：** 自动拒绝这些申请。
* **代理自主性：** 选择 **自动驾驶** 让代理将每个申请与你的指令和合作伙伴数据进行比对，然后接受或拒绝明显匹配的申请，或者 **副驾驶** 让代理通过将申请分配到某个群组来建议操作，而由你做出最终决定。
* **将合作伙伴分组：** 当设置为  **\[开启切换]**，代理在评估申请后会自动分配一个群组。你可以自定义每种结果所使用的群组名称：
* **已接受：** 默认值为“已由招聘代理接受”。
* **待处理：** 默认值为“已由招聘代理保留为待处理”。
* **已拒绝：** 默认值为“已由招聘代理拒绝”。
