# 管理申请并发送提案

#### 接受申请人

   * **消息：** 可选地，留下拒绝消息，让合作伙伴通过电子邮件接收。您可以在这里进一步说明该合作伙伴为何未达到您的要求。
4. 在模态窗口底部，选择 **拒绝**.

#### 发送反提案

如果合作伙伴为加入您的项目提出了自己的条款，您可以用不同的合同进行反提案（例如，一套更符合合作伙伴商业模式的不同条款）。
