# 招募工作流说明
impact.com 的招募工作流会在你注册新项目时进行配置，并通过评估合作伙伴申请、接受符合品牌偏好的申请者，以及让他们立即开始推广你，来自动处理合作伙伴申请流程。

**注意：** 招募工作流之前称为 Recruitment Agent。它是一项基于规则的功能，且与由 AI 驱动的 Recruitment Agent 分开。由此功能创建的工作流和合作伙伴组在你的账户中可能仍会显示“Recruitment Agent”标签。

## 查找你的招募工作流
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** **→** **合作伙伴** **→** **自动化** **→** [**Workflows**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/ps-bar-ui.ihtml).
2. 选择 **申请** 选项卡。
## 招募工作流的优势
* **获取顶级精选合作伙伴名单：** 招募工作流会识别高效、经过独家审核的合作伙伴。它们会按产品和推广渠道将合作伙伴整理成精选名单，并根据 Google Merchant 产品销售数据推荐合作伙伴。
* **自定义自动批准规则：** 招募条件会根据你的偏好和市场配置文件进行定制。
* **在兴趣最高时抓住机会：** 审批延迟可能会导致合作伙伴失去兴趣或转向其他平台。自动批准让他们在品牌仍处于首要考虑时立即行动。
* **让合作伙伴更容易注意到你：** 如果你保持启用招募工作流，你会在合作伙伴仪表板和市场中获得展示和突出标记。
## 招募工作流最佳实践
* 当合作伙伴变为点击活跃时对其进行审核。你可以通过两种方式查看新的点击活跃合作伙伴：
* **合作伙伴生产力报告：** 请参阅 *合作伙伴名称* 和 *首次点击日期* 查看自加入你的项目以来，合作伙伴何时带来了首次点击。
* **已处理的合作伙伴申请：** 招募工作流处理的所有合作伙伴将被单独筛选。
* [联系](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/messaging.md) 你新添加的点击活跃合作伙伴，在他们加入你的项目时与他们互动，以便促进他们顺利完成下一步。

#### 品牌安全
以下合作伙伴不会通过招募工作流被添加到你的项目中：
* 你的 [黑名单](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/partner-management/block-partners-from-re-applying-to-your-program.md).
* 合同已过期的前合作伙伴，无论是：
* 你已使合同过期
* 该合同已弃用
* 该合同已暂停
* 被标记为存在欺诈行为的合作伙伴。
#### 招募工作流增长策略
招募工作流经过配置，可协助处理最符合你所定义增长策略的合作伙伴。你可以选择以下任一策略：
加速策略
此策略非常适合希望快速扩张的品牌，优先考虑规模而非品牌契合度。无法保证合作伙伴已通过市场验证，此策略的目标是快速扩张，并尽可能多地签约合作伙伴。
**效果/卖家**
* 如果合作伙伴所在国家/地区符合你品牌的任一服务地区，招募工作流会自动批准该合作伙伴。
**创作者**
* 如果创作者所在国家/地区符合你品牌的任一服务地区，招募工作流会自动批准该创作者。
平衡策略（推荐）
此策略非常适合既想增长又希望兼顾品牌契合度的品牌，要求合作伙伴 [已通过市场验证](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/performance-program/recruiting-partners/marketplace-vs-direct-partner-recruiting-explained.md#partner-verification-0-2).
**效果/卖家**
* 如果经过验证的合作伙伴所在国家/地区符合你的任一服务地区，且其商业模式符合你偏好的商业模式，招募工作流会自动批准他们。
* 招募工作流会自动批准来自合作伙伴合集的已验证合作伙伴：
* 其所在国家/地区符合你的任一服务地区
* 其商业模式符合你偏好的任一商业模式
**创作者**
* 如果经过验证的创作者所在国家/地区符合你的任一服务地区，招募工作流会自动批准他们。
* 招募工作流会自动批准来自合作伙伴合集的已验证创作者：
* 其所在国家/地区符合你的任一服务地区
* 其商业模式符合创作者商业模式

此策略非常适合希望更好控制哪些合作伙伴加入其项目的品牌。它极具选择性，只接受高潜力、已验证、符合品牌定位且已由我们内部团队专业审核的合作伙伴，并将其放入合作伙伴合集。
**效果/卖家**
* 如果已验证合作伙伴位于与你品牌类别匹配的合作伙伴合集、其所在国家/地区符合你的服务地区，且其商业模式符合你偏好的模式，招募工作流会自动批准他们。
**创作者**
* 如果已验证创作者位于精选创作者合集、其商业模式为创作者商业模式，且其所在国家/地区符合你品牌的服务地区，招募工作流会自动批准他们。
#### 查看你的招募工作流配置
在注册新项目时，你无法选择退出招募工作流配置。不过，如果你更希望更手动地控制合作伙伴申请审核，可以按以下步骤操作：
1. 选择 *精选* 策略，因为此策略自动批准的合作伙伴最少，只专注于高质量、高收益、经过审核的合作伙伴。
2. 完成清单后， [修改合作伙伴处理条件](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/review-partner-applications/automate-partner-application-processing/create-workflows-to-automatically-process-partner-applications.md) 以审核、编辑、暂停或删除这些工作流。
