# 创建合作伙伴问卷

#### 创建调查

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[互动]** → **合作伙伴** → [**调查**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/fr/surveys.ihtml).
2. 在 *调查* 界面右上角，选择 **创建调查**.
3. 输入一个 **名称** 和 **说明** 用于该调查。
4. 选择 **选择文件** 为你的调查上传封面图片。
   * 支持 GIF、JPG、PNG 和 WEBP 文件格式，最大文件大小为 20 MB。
5. 选择 ![](/files/a4d92afe6e302635e52a9d3b155bca7a8dedb2ea) **添加问题** 来制定并明确你的问题详情。你可以使用现有或新的自定义字段创建问题。

   * **单选** – 要求答题者只能从列表中选择 1 个答案。
   * **日期选择器** – 适用于需要以特定日期作为答案的问题。
   * **数字** – 需要数字输入的回答。
   * **文件** – 允许答题者上传文件附件。

6. 选择 **添加** 来添加该问题。

8. 选择 **保存** 完成后。
   * 也可选择 **预览调查** 来查看你的调查在合作伙伴眼中的样子。
