# 管理您的通讯邮件事件日志
每份简报都会记录其处理过程中的事件，从收集收件人到发送投递。查看此历史记录，了解简报推进了多远，以及是什么阻止它到达部分合作伙伴。

**警告：** 简报发送后无法编辑。要更正错误，请创建一份新的简报并再次发送。

## 打开事件日志
1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合作伙伴** → **自动化** → [**简报**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/newsletter-ui.ihtml).
2. 将光标悬停在要查看的简报上。
3. 选择 **事件日志**.
该 *事件日志* 会以面板形式打开，覆盖在 *简报* 屏幕上。它也可从简报的 [报告](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/reach-out-to-partners/newsletters/review-newsletter-engagement-performance.md#view-newsletter-statistics)中打开， **事件日志** 位于右上角。

| *日期和时间* | 记录该事件的时间。 |
| *消息* | 在该处理阶段发生了什么。 |
条目按最新记录优先排列，涵盖各个处理阶段，例如收集收件人、丰富内容和更改状态。使用 **搜索** 查找特定条目。选择  **\[关闭]** 返回到 *简报* 屏幕的默认视图中隐藏。

**空日志：** 当面板显示“抱歉！没有可显示的数据”时，表示该简报没有记录任何事件。

## 简报问题的解决方案
该 *事件日志* 会记录进度事件和问题。本表涵盖你最可能看到的问题。如果某条消息未出现在此处，请提交 [支持工单](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&).
