# 作为品牌管理通讯邮件
该 *新闻通讯* 此屏幕列出程序中的每份新闻通讯，并按其进度进行分组。可用于查看发送状态、处理草稿或打开报告。
## 打开“新闻通讯”屏幕
在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合作伙伴** → **自动化** → [**新闻通讯**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/newsletter-ui.ihtml).
## 缩小列表范围
此屏幕打开时会列出所有新闻通讯。表格上方的四张摘要卡会统计发送生命周期各阶段的新闻通讯数量，合起来覆盖完整列表。选择一张摘要卡可将表格筛选为这些新闻通讯。

**处理阶段：** *排队中* （等待开始）→ *运行中* （获取合作伙伴和联系人数据）→ *丰富中* （解析广告代码）→ *已分阶段* （准备发送）→ *发送中* （发送电子邮件）。

该 *状态* 该列显示的是具体阶段，而不是摘要卡，因此这两个标签并不总是匹配。已完成发送的新闻通讯会位于 **已完成** 摘要卡上，并带有 *已发送* 状态，而 **状态** 筛选器会将其列为 *已完成*.
使用表格上方的控件进一步缩小长列表范围。

| **排序顺序** | 按以下项对表格排序： *新闻简报* 或 *创建时间*. |
该 **状态** 筛选器只提供您所在摘要卡可包含的阶段： *草稿* 和 *活跃* 在 **草稿** 摘要卡，以及 *排队中*, *运行中*, *丰富中*, *已分阶段*，以及 *发送中* 在 **处理中** 摘要卡。在您选择摘要卡之前，它会提供全部九个阶段。 **已完成** 和 **失败** 摘要卡各自只包含一个阶段，因此它们没有 **状态** 筛选。
## 选择一个操作
将光标悬停在某份新闻通讯上，可查看可用操作。您能执行的操作取决于该新闻通讯所处阶段：在发送前可更改它，在处理时可跟踪其进度，而一旦完成就可查看结果。最常用的操作会显示在该行上——选择  **\[更多]** 以使用其余操作。

## 新闻通讯常见问题
为什么选择不同的摘要卡时列会变化？
每张摘要卡都会显示该生命周期阶段最重要的统计数。 **处理中** 和 **失败** 摘要卡会显示 impact.com 已处理的合作伙伴和联系人数量，而 **已完成** 摘要卡会显示送达和互动结果。
在哪里查看新闻通讯为何失败？
