# 创建并向合作伙伴发送新闻简报

使用 *电子简报* 在 impact.com 中，向已加入的合作伙伴发送电子邮件和应用内电子简报。这些电子简报可用于沟通、有关您的项目的即将变更、特别促销等。

## 初始设置

## 定义您的受众细分

确定哪些合作伙伴将收到该电子简报。

1. 在“合作伙伴细分”部分，选择 **添加细分**.
2. 现在您有两个选择：
   * **使用现有细分：** 从 **选择细分** 下拉菜单中选择现有细分。

## 插入动态元素

使用 *插入动态元素到电子邮件内容* 编辑器上方的部分来添加标记、广告和注册链接。

* **动态标记：** 使用合作伙伴专属信息个性化您的电子邮件（例如， `{firstName}`).
  1. 将光标放在您希望标记出现的位置。
  2. 搜索或从 **选择标记** 下拉菜单中选择现有细分。
  3. 选择 **插入**.
  4. 请参阅 [动态字段参考](#dynamic-fields-reference) 以查看可用标记。
* **广告：** 无需手动复制广告 ID，即可将您正在投放的广告添加到电子邮件中。
  1. 将光标放在您希望广告出现的位置。
  2. 从 **选择标记** 下拉菜单中选择 **广告**，然后选择 **插入**。该 *选择要插入的广告* 侧边弹窗会打开并列出您正在投放的广告。每个广告都会显示其图片、名称、广告 ID、广告类型、到期日期以及最后更新时间。
     * 如有需要，可使用搜索栏或 *广告类型* 和 *标签* 筛选器查找特定广告。
  3. 勾选您要插入的每个广告。若要选择列表中的所有广告，请选择 **全选**。每封电子邮件最多可插入 20 个广告。该 *已插入* 计数器会显示该电子邮件已包含多少广告。较大的合作伙伴细分允许的广告更少，因此请检查 [动态字段参考](#dynamic-fields-reference) 中的广告代码限制，以防止投递失败。
  4. 选择 **插入广告**。该按钮会显示您选择了多少个广告（例如， **插入 1 个广告**）。所选每个广告的广告标记都会添加到您的电子邮件内容中（例如， `{adcode_1122330}`).

如果您选择 **返回电子邮件** 在选择之前 **插入广告**，您的广告选择将被放弃。

3. 选择 **完成** 以保存您的内容并返回主电子简报设置界面。

## 选择联系人类型

选择合作伙伴的哪个电子邮件地址应接收该电子简报。

1. 在 *联系人类型* 部分中，选择一个或多个选项：
   * **电子简报（推荐）：** 发送到合作伙伴的注册电子邮件或其资料中指定的电子邮件。

发送一则附带通知，直接显示在 impact.com 平台内：

## 完成并发送

* **若要发送或安排：** 选择 **发送电子简报** （或 **安排电子简报** 如果已开启安排）。
* **若要发送测试：** 选择 **发送测试电子简报** 将副本发送给您自己或您的团队。
* **若要保存您的工作：** 选择 **另存为草稿** 下拉菜单中的两个选项：
  * **保存并退出：** 保存您的工作并离开页面。
  * **保存并停留在当前页面：** 保存您的工作，但留在页面上继续编辑。
