# 为合作伙伴创建并发送新闻通讯

使用 *新闻简报* 在 impact.com 中向你已加入的合作伙伴发送电子邮件和应用内新闻简报。这些新闻简报可用于沟通、介绍你的项目即将发生的变更、特别促销等。

#### 初始设置

1. 从左侧导航栏中选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[Engage]** → **合作伙伴** → **自动化** → [**新闻简报**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/newsletter-ui.ihtml).
2. 选择  **创建新闻简报**.
3. 输入 *新闻简报名称。*

#### 定义你的受众分群

确定哪些合作伙伴将收到该新闻简报。

1. 在“合作伙伴分群”部分，选择 **添加分群**.
2. 现在你有两个选择：
   * **使用现有分群：** 从 **选择分群** 下拉菜单中选择。

#### 撰写你的电子邮件内容

     2. 输入一段简短的文字，描述你的新闻简报内容。

     4. 选择 **生成** 以生成主题行和正文内容。

**高级内容选项**

* **插入注册链接：** 添加一个 **加入我的项目** 按钮，链接到一组特定的模板条款。
  1. 从 **选择模板条款** 下拉菜单中选择。
  2. 选择 **插入**.

**审阅并保存你的内容**

1. 选择 **预览** 以预览新闻简报的显示效果。

#### 选择联系人类型

1. 在 *联系人类型* 部分，选择一个或多个选项：
   * **新闻简报（推荐）：** 发送到合作伙伴的注册邮箱或其资料中指定的邮箱。

#### 添加应用内公告（可选）

发送一则配套通知，将直接显示在 impact.com 平台内：

   * 保持原样，使用你为电子邮件编写的相同内容。

#### 安排你的新闻简报（可选）

如果你想在将来的某个时间发送新闻简报，必须为其安排时间。

2. 设置未来的 **日期和时间** 用于指定新闻简报应发送的时间。

#### 完成并发送

* **要发送或安排：** 选择 **发送新闻简报** （或 **安排新闻简报** 如果已开启安排）。
* **要发送测试：** 选择 **发送测试新闻简报** 向你自己或你的团队发送副本。
* **要保存你的工作：** 选择 **另存为草稿** 下拉菜单提供两个选项：
  * **保存并退出：** 保存你的工作并离开此页面。
  * **保存并停留在当前页面：** 保存你的工作，但留在页面上继续编辑。
