# 创建并向合作伙伴发送新闻简报

使用 *通讯邮件* 在 impact.com 中向已加入的合作伙伴发送电子邮件和站内通讯。这些通讯可用于交流、告知项目即将发生的变更、特别促销等。

#### 初始设置

1. 从左侧导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[互动]** → **合作伙伴** → **自动化** → [**通讯邮件**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/fr/newsletter-ui.ihtml).

#### 定义您的受众细分

确定哪些合作伙伴将收到通讯邮件。

1. 在“合作伙伴细分”部分中，选择 **添加细分**.
2. 您现在有两个选择：
   * **使用现有细分：** 从 **选择细分** 下拉菜单中选择一个现有细分。

#### 撰写电子邮件内容

1. 在 *电子邮件* 部分下，选择 **添加电子邮件**.

4. 使用以下任一方法创建您的通讯内容：

     1. 选择 **帮我写** 以打开 AI 助手。
     2. 输入一段简短文字，描述您的通讯内容。

     4. 选择 **生成** 以创建主题行和正文内容。

**高级内容选项**

* **插入注册链接：** 添加一个 **加入我的计划** 按钮，该按钮链接到特定的一组模板条款。
  1. 从 **选择模板条款** 下拉菜单中选择一个现有细分。
  2. 选择 **插入**.

**审核并保存您的内容**

#### 选择联系人类型

1. 在 *联系人类型* 部分中，选择一个或多个选项：
   * **通讯（推荐）：** 发送到合作伙伴的注册邮箱或其资料中指定的邮箱。

#### 添加站内公告（可选）

发送一条随附通知，将直接显示在 impact.com 平台内：

   * 保持不变，以使用与电子邮件相同的内容。

#### 安排您的通讯发送时间（可选）

如果您想在未来某个时间发送通讯，必须先安排发送。

#### 完成并发送

* **若要发送或安排：** 选择 **发送通讯邮件** （或 **安排通讯邮件** （如果已开启安排）。
* **若要发送测试：** 选择 **发送测试通讯** 将副本发送给您自己或您的团队。
* **若要保存您的工作：** 选择 **保存为草稿** 下拉菜单中有两个选项：
  * **保存并退出：** 保存您的工作并离开页面。
  * **保存并停留在当前页面：** 保存您的工作，但继续停留在页面上以便继续编辑。
