# 优惠码监控指南

#### 创建并管理策略

*策略* 可让您自动化在线促销代码的监控和整改。如果 impact.com 发现任何合作伙伴正在推广在某个策略中选定的促销代码，平台将自动创建违规记录并向该合作伙伴发送违规电子邮件。

**开始之前：**

* 您必须将 *促销代码* 添加到您的 impact.com 项目中。请参见 [创建促销代码](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/promo-codes/create-a-promo-code.md) 以获取更多信息。
* 请确认您的套餐包含 *优惠码监控*。详见下方的 [升级促销代码监控](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/protect-and-monitor-your-performance-program/promo-code-monitoring/upgrade-promo-code-monitoring.md) 如果您需要添加此功能。
* 请确认您账户的促销代码监控上限，因为您可跟踪的代码数量取决于您的套餐。

2. 在右上角，选择 **创建策略**.
3. 选择 **优惠码监控** → **开始使用**.
4. 输入 **策略名称**
5. 选择 *违规* 适用的：

| 如果签约合作伙伴推广的促销代码属于以下情况，则自动创建违规： | <p><strong>已过期</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广已过期的促销代码，则会创建违规。</p><p><strong>未授权</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广其未获授权使用的促销代码，则会创建违规。</p> |
| 如果合作伙伴下架了促销代码，则关闭违规            | 如果合作伙伴移除了违规的促销代码，impact.com 将自动关闭该违规。                                                                            |
| 自动向尚未完成违规处理的合作伙伴发送提醒邮件         | 如果合作伙伴尚未完成解除违规所需的操作，他们将收到来自 impact.com 的自动电子邮件提醒。                                                                |
| 归档所有超过 7 天的广告                  | 选择此选项可将 7 天以上的广告标记为 *已归档* 在 *监控* 屏幕。这有助于整理您的视图。不过，打开的违规不会被归档。                                                    |

7. 选择 **下一步**.
8. 在 *管理促销代码* 屏幕上，勾选您要包含在此策略中的促销代码复选框。
9. 在列表顶部，选择 **包含** 以包含所选促销代码。促销代码条目下的 *已包含* 列。
10. 当所有所需的促销代码都已包含后，选择 **下一步**.
11. 在 *策略摘要* 屏幕上，查看您的策略名称和已包含的促销代码。如果一切看起来正常，请选择 **保存**.

#### 管理策略

1. 要查看当前策略，请导航到 ![](/files/03e28afa659ac04a9ba6d0d62e867c1d13554cb1) **\[Protect] → Monitoring →** [**策略**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/protect/fr/compliance-search-monitor-policy.ihtml?u=%2Fsecure%2Fcompliance%2Fdata%2Fcompliance-search-monitor-policy-flow.ihtml).
   * 现有的促销代码策略会显示在此处。
2. 要修改现有策略，请将鼠标悬停在其上并选择 **编辑**.
   * 修改所选促销代码策略的名称及任何已包含的促销代码。
3. 要停用、启用、删除或查看现有策略的结果，请将鼠标悬停在其上并选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[More]**.
   * **停用 / 启用：** 停用（或启用）促销代码策略，由 *状态* 列指示。启用时，impact.com 会在线搜索已包含的促销代码。停用时，impact.com 不会主动在线查找已包含的促销代码。
   * **删除：** 完全删除该策略，并释放任何已使用的促销代码名额。
   * **查看结果：** 查看与该策略相关联的结果。

**注意：** 已停用的促销代码策略仍会计入您监控的促销代码总数——您必须删除该策略，才能将这些名额重新用于新的促销代码。
