# 促销代码监控指南

#### 创建和管理策略

*政策* 可让您自动化在线优惠码的监控和整改。如果 impact.com 发现任何合作伙伴在推广某项策略中选定的优惠码，平台将自动创建违规记录并向该合作伙伴发送违规邮件。

**开始之前：**

2. 在右上角，选择 **创建政策**.
3. 选择 **优惠码监测** → **开始使用**.
4. 输入一个 **策略名称**
5. 选择 *违规* 适用的：

| 违规                            | 说明                                                                                                           |
| ----------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| 如果签约合作伙伴推广的优惠码属于以下情况，则自动创建违规： | <p><strong>已到期</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广已过期的优惠码，则会创建违规。</p><p><strong>未授权</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广其无权使用的优惠码，则会创建违规。</p> |
| 如果合作伙伴下架优惠码，则关闭违规             | 如果合作伙伴移除违规优惠码，impact.com 将自动关闭该违规。                                                                           |
| 自动向尚未完成违规处理的合作伙伴发送提醒邮件        | 如果合作伙伴尚未完成清除违规所需的操作，他们将收到来自 impact.com 的自动提醒邮件。                                                              |
| 归档所有超过 7 天的广告                 | 选择此选项可将超过 7 天的广告标记为 *已归档* 在 *监控* 界面。这有助于整理您的视图。不过，未关闭的违规不会被归档。                                               |

7. 选择 **下一步**.
8. 在……上 *管理优惠码* 界面中，选择要包含在此策略中的优惠码复选框。
9. 在列表顶部，选择 **包含** 以包含所选优惠码。勾选标记将显示在 *已包含* 列。
10. 下的优惠码条目中。当所有所需的优惠码都已包含后，选择 **下一步**.
11. 在……上 *策略摘要* 界面，查看您的策略名称和已包含的优惠码。如果一切无误，选择 **保存**.

#### 管理策略

   * 现有的优惠码策略将显示在此处。
2. 要修改现有策略，请将鼠标悬停其上并选择 **编辑**.
   * 修改所选优惠码策略的名称以及其中包含的任何优惠码。

   * **停用 / 启用：** 停用（或启用）优惠码策略，由 *状态* 列表示。启用后，impact.com 会在网上搜索已包含的优惠码。停用后，impact.com 不会主动在网上查找已包含的优惠码。
   * **删除：** 完全删除该策略，并释放已使用的优惠码名额。
   * **查看结果：** 查看与该策略相关的结果。

**注意：** 已停用的优惠码策略仍会计入您监控的优惠码总数——您必须删除该策略，才能将这些名额用于新的优惠码。
