# 促销代码监控指南

#### 创建并管理策略

*政策* 可让您自动化在线促销代码的监控和整改。若 impact.com 发现任何合作伙伴在推广策略中选定的促销代码，平台将自动创建违规记录并向该合作伙伴发送违规邮件。

**开始之前：**

* 您必须添加 *促销代码* 到您的 impact.com 项目中。请参见 [创建促销代码](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/promo-codes/create-a-promo-code.md) 以获取更多信息。

2. 在右上角，选择 **创建政策**.
3. 选择 **促销码监控** → **开始使用**.
4. 输入一个 **策略名称**
5. 选择 *违规* 适用的：

| 违规                               | 说明                                                                                                                  |
| -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 如果签约合作伙伴推广的促销代码属于以下情况，则自动创建违规记录： | <p><strong>已过期</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广已过期的促销代码，则会创建违规记录。</p><p><strong>未经授权</strong> — 如果合作伙伴推广其无权使用的促销代码，则会创建违规记录。</p> |
| 如果合作伙伴下架促销代码，则关闭违规记录             | 如果合作伙伴移除了违规促销代码，impact.com 将自动关闭该违规记录。                                                                              |
| 自动向未完成违规处理的合作伙伴发送提醒邮件            | 如果合作伙伴尚未完成清除违规所需的操作，他们将收到来自 impact.com 的自动提醒邮件。                                                                     |
| 归档所有超过 7 天的广告                    | 选择此选项可将超过 7 天的广告标记为 *已归档* 在 *监控* 界面。这样有助于整理您的视图。不过，未关闭的违规记录不会被归档。                                                   |

7. 选择 **下一步**.
8. 在 *管理促销代码* 界面上，选中您要包含在此策略中的促销代码复选框。
9. 在列表顶部，选择 **包含** 以包含所选促销代码。勾选标记将显示在促销代码条目下方的 *已包含* 列。
10. 当所有所需的促销代码都已包含后，选择 **下一步**.
11. 在 *策略摘要* 界面，查看您的策略名称和已包含的促销代码。如果一切无误，选择 **保存**.

#### 管理策略

   * 现有的促销代码策略将显示在此处。
2. 要修改现有策略，请将鼠标悬停其上并选择 **编辑**.
   * 修改所选促销代码策略的名称以及任何已包含的促销代码。

   * **停用 / 启用：** 停用（或启用）促销代码策略，由以下项指示： *状态* 列。启用后，impact.com 会在网上搜索已包含的促销代码。停用后，impact.com 不会主动在网上查找已包含的促销代码。
   * **删除：** 彻底删除该策略并释放已使用的促销代码名额。
   * **查看结果：** 查看与该策略相关的结果。

**注意：** 已停用的促销代码策略仍会计入您监控的促销代码总数——您必须删除该策略才能将这些名额重新用于新的促销代码。
