# 创建付费搜索监控政策

您的账户级别决定了在付费搜索监控入门设置期间的关键词限制。完成入门设置后，您就可以创建您的第一条政策。
## 创建付费搜索监控政策
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Protect] → 监控 → 政策**.
* 如果您已有现有政策，它们会显示在这里。
2. 在右上角，选择 **创建政策** → **付费搜索监控**.
3. 选择 **开始使用**.
4. 在……上 *创建政策* 在出现的界面上，输入一个 **名称** 用于您的政策。
5. 在  **\[下拉菜单]**，选择 **国家/地区**, **语言**，以及 **搜索引擎** 您想要监控的。
* 该 *搜索引擎* 您可以监控的内容会因 **国家/地区** 所选项以及您的账户产品版本而异。
* 仅可应用一个 **国家/地区** 可应用于每项政策。要监控多个国家，请为每个国家创建单独的政策。
6. 输入 **商标** 和/或您要监控的关键词。
* 请在单独的行中输入每个关键词。关键词是 *精确匹配*，这意味着仅监控在此输入的完全匹配关键词组合。
* 任何变体或拼写错误都必须作为单独的关键词输入。
7. 可选地，在 *违规*，选择  **\[未选中复选框]** 中，位于某个违规选项左侧：

| 如果签约合作伙伴竞标您的商标，则自动创建违规 | 当合作伙伴竞标指定政策商标时，impact.com 会自动创建违规。
如果有多个合作伙伴账户与违规域名关联，则每位合作伙伴都会收到一项违规。

| 如果广告被合作伙伴下架，则关闭违规 | impact.com 将自动完成任何违规，并归档过去 7 天内未出现的付费搜索广告。 |
| 自动向未完成违规的合作伙伴发送提醒电子邮件 | impact.com 会在违规到期前 24 小时和 8 小时向被分配了违规的合作伙伴发送提醒电子邮件。
电子邮件将提供所有必要信息，帮助合作伙伴更好地了解违规性质，并促使合作伙伴采取行动。

| 归档所有超过 7 天的广告 | 超过 7 天的广告将标记为 已归档 在 监控 界面上，当启用此选项时。
注意： 未关闭的违规不会被归档。此设置的目的在于整理 监控 界面中进行设置。

8. 选择 **保存** 以保存您的政策。
* 您保存政策后，您的付费搜索监控数据大约 2 小时后可用。
