# 品牌防止不良行为的方法

#### 在反要约开始前将其阻止

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在您想切换条款的合同上，然后在最右侧选择  **\[更多]** → **为所有合作伙伴切换条款**.
3. 请选择您是否要 **切换到现有合同**.
4. 在……上 *切换合同* 屏幕，在 *审批选项* 部分下，选择  **\[未选中复选框]** **不允许合作伙伴对该报价提出反要约**.
只需在发送合同前勾选此框，您就能从一开始完全掌控条款，避免出现任何意外的来回协商，或合作伙伴加入突发费用。
#### 精通模板条款规则，实现集中控制

**限制对活动模板条款的编辑**
您可以通过分配“模板条款管理员”权限来控制谁可以编辑活动模板条款。您还可以阻止合作伙伴添加超出模板条款中定义规则范围的额外参数。要限制修改条款：
1. 从顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料]** → **设置**.
2. 在左侧，在 *常规* 部分下，选择 **模板条款规则**.
3. 在 *规则执行* 部分，  **\[切换开启] 限制修改模板条款**.
* 启用此功能可确保只有授权团队成员才能修改核心合同模板，同时防止合作伙伴提出超出已批准条款范围的更改。这有助于保持一致性，并保障您协议的完整性。
#### 阻止合作伙伴发起合同提案

另一种方法是完全阻止合作伙伴发起新的合同提案。要启用此设置：

3. 在 *规则执行* 部分下，选择  **\[未选中复选框]** **不允许合作伙伴提出新合同**.

**通过手动锁定特定合同部分实现更细粒度的控制**
