# 品牌防范不良行为的方法

#### 在对方提出反要约之前将其阻止

1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[互动]** → **合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在您想要切换条款的合同上，然后在最右侧选择  **\[更多]** → **为所有合作伙伴切换条款**.
3. 选择您希望 **切换到现有合同**.
4. 在 *切换合同* 屏幕，在 *审批选项* 部分下，选择  **\[未勾选复选框]** **不允许合作伙伴对此报价进行反提议**.
只需在发送合同之前勾选此框，您就能从一开始完全掌控条款，避免任何意外的来回协商或合作伙伴提出意外费用。
#### 熟练掌握模板条款规则，实现集中控制

#### 阻止由合作伙伴发起的合同提案

另一种方法是完全阻止合作伙伴发起新的合同提案。要启用此设置：
