# 品牌防止不良行为的方法
你可以采取一些主动措施，防止行为不端的合作伙伴利用该项目。这包括阻止他们在提案中加入不利条款，例如固定费用或过高的支付金额。以下是你可以在平台内实施的关键策略，以保持对与合作伙伴协议的控制。
#### 在对方提出反要约之前将其阻止
在引入新合同或更新现有合同时，务必要从一开始就设定明确的条款。实现这一点的一种简单但有效的方法是禁用合作伙伴提交反要约的能力，确保你提出的条款保持不变。
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 将鼠标悬停在你想切换条款的合同上，然后在最右侧选择  **\[更多]** → **为所有合作伙伴切换条款**.
3. 选择你想要 **切换到现有合同**.
4. 在 *切换合同* 页面中，在 *审批选项* 部分，选择  **\[未勾选的复选框]** **不允许合作伙伴对该报价进行反要约**.
只需在发送合同前勾选此框，你就能从一开始完全掌控条款，避免任何意外的来回沟通或合作伙伴提出意外费用。

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[用户资料]** → **设置**.
2. 左侧，在 *常规* 部分，选择 **模板条款规则**.
3. 在 *规则执行* 部分，  **\[开启] 限制修改模板条款**.
* 启用此功能可确保只有授权团队成员才能修改核心合同模板，同时防止合作伙伴提出超出已批准条款的更改。这有助于保持一致性，并保障你协议的完整性。
#### 阻止由合作伙伴发起的合同提案

另一种方法是彻底阻止合作伙伴发起新的合同提案。要启用此设置：

3. 在 *规则执行* 部分，选择  **\[未勾选的复选框]** **不允许合作伙伴提出新合同**.

**通过手动锁定特定合同部分进行更细致的控制**
