# 管理你的监控违规

当合作伙伴违反您已建立的监控政策时，就会发生违规，例如推广已过期的代码、竞价未经授权的品牌关键词或商标，或者投放可能损害您品牌声誉的广告。违规发生时，您可以在 impact.com 中通知合作伙伴移除特定列表。

#### 访问并查看所有违规

在您记录违规之后，可以添加并回复评论、添加更多附件，或更改违规状态。

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/03e28afa659ac04a9ba6d0d62e867c1d13554cb1) **\[Protect] → 违规**.
   * 该 *违规* 页面显示所有违规类型的汇总列表。请参阅 *违规筛选参考表* 下方内容，如果您想使用筛选器搜索特定违规。

2. 将鼠标悬停在某个特定违规上，然后选择 **编辑**.

#### 更改违规状态

如果违规有任何更新，您可以更改其状态。例如，您可以将违规状态从 *新建* 以 *进行中*.

一旦违规状态更新并保存，将向合作伙伴发送电子邮件和平台通知，告知其更新后的状态。

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/03e28afa659ac04a9ba6d0d62e867c1d13554cb1) **\[Protect] → 违规**.
2. 在 *违规* 页面，找到您要更新的违规，将鼠标指针悬停在该违规上，然后选择 **编辑**.
3. 在 *违规信息* 部分，找到 *状态* 下拉菜单并选择适用的状态。有关更多状态信息，请参阅下面的参考表。

| 无效   | 此状态最适合不符合您当前政策或与您不再合作的合作伙伴相关的违规。                        |
