# 管理您的监测违规

当合作伙伴违反您既定的监控政策时，就会发生违规，例如推广已过期的代码、竞标未经授权的品牌关键词或商标，或投放可能损害您品牌声誉的广告。发生违规时，您可以在 impact.com 中通知合作伙伴移除特定列表。

#### 访问并查看所有违规记录

在您记录违规后，可以添加并回复评论、添加更多附件，或更改违规状态。

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/03e28afa659ac04a9ba6d0d62e867c1d13554cb1) **\[保护] → 违规**.
   * 该 *违规* 屏幕显示所有违规类型的汇总列表。请参阅以下 *违规筛选参考表* ，如果您想使用筛选器搜索特定违规。

2. 将鼠标悬停在特定违规上并选择 **编辑**.

#### 更改违规状态

如果违规有任何更新，您可以更改其状态。例如，您可以将违规状态从 *新建* 以 *进行中*.

一旦违规状态更新并保存，系统将向合作伙伴发送电子邮件和平台通知，告知其更新后的状态。

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![](/files/03e28afa659ac04a9ba6d0d62e867c1d13554cb1) **\[保护] → 违规**.
2. 在 *违规* 屏幕上，找到您要更新的违规，将鼠标悬停在该违规上，并选择 **编辑**.
3. 在 *违规信息* 部分，找到 *状态* 下拉菜单并选择适用的状态。有关更多状态信息，请参阅下面的参考表。
