# 管理您的监控违规
当合作伙伴违反你已设定的监控政策时，就会发生违规，例如推广已过期的代码、竞投未经授权的品牌关键词或商标，或者投放可能损害你品牌声誉的广告。发生违规时，你可以在 impact.com 中通知合作伙伴移除某个特定商品信息。

#### 访问并查看所有违规记录
一旦你记录了违规，你就可以添加并回复评论、添加更多附件，或更改违规状态。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Protect] → 违规**.
* 该 *违规* 屏幕显示所有违规类型的汇总列表。请参阅 *违规筛选参考表* 下方内容，如果你想使用筛选器搜索特定违规。

2. 将鼠标悬停在某个特定违规上，并选择 **编辑**.

注意： 添加评论时，选择 添加 或 取消 在评论卡片底部，以保存或取消你的评论。

#### 更改违规状态
如果违规有任何更新，你可以更改其状态。例如，你可以将违规状态从 *新建* 进行 *进行中*.
一旦违规状态更新并保存，就会向合作伙伴发送电子邮件和平台通知，告知其更新后的状态。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Protect] → 违规**.
2. 在……上 *违规* 屏幕中，找到你想要更新的违规，将鼠标悬停在该违规上，并选择 **编辑**.
3. 在……中 *违规信息* 部分，找到 *状态* 下拉菜单，并选择适用的状态。有关更多状态信息，请参阅下表。

| 已批准 | 此状态最适合你认为未违反你的政策、希望批准的违规。 |
| 质量保证 | 此状态最适合已由合作伙伴处理、在被批准或完成前还需进一步质量检查的违规。 |
| 已拒绝 | 此状态最适合未满足政策要求，因此未获批准或接受的违规。 |
| 无效 | 此状态最适合不符合你当前政策，或与你已不再合作的合作伙伴相关的违规。 |
4. 选择 **保存违规**.
