# 排程报告
您在 impact.com 中查看的任何报告（包括已保存视图和自定义报告）都可以安排通过电子邮件发送到您的 FTP 服务器，或发送到托管 SFTP。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **报告** → [**更多报告**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/fr/all_reports.ihtml).
2. 打开您偏好的报告并选择  **\[计划]** 右上角的 *安排报告* 对话框。
3. 完成报告的计划设置。有关更多信息，请参阅下方的 *安排报告* 参考内容。
* 在……旁边 **频率**，使用  **【单选按钮】** 来选择您希望何时安排此报告。
* 使用  **\[下拉菜单]** 以选择 **文件格式** 的报告。
* 在……旁边 **发送至** 输入您希望将报告发送到的电子邮件地址。选择  **\[开启切换]** 如果您希望将报告发送给自己。
* 选择投递方式： **合作伙伴 FTP**, **电子邮件** 或 **托管 SFTP**。有关配置这些选项的帮助，请参见下方。
4. 选择 **安排并发送** 以安排您的报告并开始接收它。

如果您选择通过 FTP 发送报告，则会将一个文件夹发送到您的 FTP 服务器，您随后可以从中访问该报告。

连接到托管 SFTP 时，您可以通过选择 **创建新建...** 来使用现有连接或创建新连接，并填写以下字段：

#### 访问您的计划报告
在 *计划报告* 屏幕中，您可以在列表中查看所有计划报告（以及其他用户共享的任何报告）。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** **→** **报告 →** [**计划**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/Adv_Saved_Scheduled_Report/Scheduled/report/aScheduledReports.ihtml).
2. 在 *操作* 列下，选择以修改计划报告。有关每个选项的说明，请参见下表。
