# 设置财务通知
财务通知可让您及时了解即将到来的财务截止日期、您的账户何时已获批准可启用自动付款，以及存款何时已清算。这些通知会显示在左侧通知栏中的通知面板里，并可通过电子邮件或短信发送给您。
所有拥有 *财务* 和 *账户管理员* [访问权限](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/invite-and-manage-users/understanding-user-management-as-a-brand.md) 的用户都会收到这些通知。
## 设置您的财务通知
您的财务通知分为 2 组：
* *付款更新* 通知
* *余额* 通知
### 付款通知

您的 *付款更新* 这些通知会告知您资金何时可以自动存入您的账户，以及存款何时成功入账。
1. 从顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[通知]**.
2. 在通知面板右上角，选择 **\[设置]** 以编辑通知设置。
3. 在 *财务* 部分，前往 *付款更新*.
4. 使用  **\[下拉菜单]** 以修改您希望接收的频率 *付款更新* 通知。

| 账户自动付款批准设置 | 当您的账户获批后，impact.com 可自动从您的资金账户中提取资金以支付财务义务时，您将收到通知。 |
| 信用卡通知 | 当信用卡付款失败、信用卡处于到期月份或信用卡已过期时，您将收到通知。 |
| 存款已清算 | 当资金成功存入您的 [资金账户](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/your-funding-account-overview-explained.md). |
5. 如果你在 **特定设置（高级）** 在第 5 步中，为每种通知类型设置您的偏好。有关每种通知类型的更多信息，请参阅下面的参考。

| 负余额迫在眉睫（3天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 3 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 负余额迫在眉睫（2天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 2 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 负余额迫在眉睫（1天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 1 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 账户违约 | 当您的账户进入违约状态时，您将收到通知。如果您的账户在 40 天内未退出违约状态，您的账户将被 [暂停](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/manage-your-account/why-has-my-account-been-suspended.md). |
| 提醒余额通知（30天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 30 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 账户待停用 | 如果您的账户即将达到 40 天处于 [暂停](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/manage-your-account/why-has-my-account-been-suspended.md). |
| 紧急余额通知（7天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 7 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 账户低于最低余额 | 当您的 [资金账户](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/your-funding-account-overview-explained.md) 所含资金少于您设定的最低阈值。 |
| 账户已注资 | 当资金成功存入您的 [资金账户](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/your-funding-account-overview-explained.md). |
| 提醒余额通知（15天） | 在您的账户因未存入足够资金而将违约前 15 天，您将收到通知。 |
| 账户终止通知 | 当您的 impact.com 账户已关闭并终止时，您将收到通知。 |
