# 设置财务通知
财务通知会让您了解即将到来的财务截止日期、您的账户何时被批准自动付款，以及存款何时清算。这些通知会显示在左侧通知栏中的通知面板内，也可以通过电子邮件或短信发送给您。
所有具有 *财务* 和 *账户管理员* [访问权限](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/invite-and-manage-users/understanding-user-management-as-a-brand.md) 的用户都将收到这些通知。
## 设置您的财务通知
您的财务通知分为 2 组：
* *付款更新* 通知
* *余额* 通知
### 付款通知

您的 *付款更新* 通知会告知您资金何时可自动存入您的账户，以及存款何时成功到账。
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择  **\[通知]**.
2. 在通知面板的右上角，选择 **\[设置]** 以编辑通知设置。
3. 在……下的 *财务* 部分中，前往 *付款更新*.
4. 使用  **\[下拉菜单]** 来修改您希望接收 *付款更新* 通知的频率。
* 请参阅 *付款更新通知参考* ，以了解更多您可以进行的更新信息。

| 账户自动付款批准设置 | 当您的账户获批后，可让 impact.com 自动从您的资金账户中提取资金以履行财务义务时，接收通知。 |

5. 如果您选择了 **特定设置（高级）** ，请在第 5 步为每种通知类型设置您的偏好。有关每种通知类型的更多信息，请参阅下面的参考。

您的 *余额* 通知将告知您 impact.com 账户的财务健康状况。如果您收到一条 *余额* 通知，提示您即将出现负余额或您的账户已违约， [请向您的账户存入资金](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/add-funds-to-your-funding-account/deposit-funds-into-your-account.md).

| 负余额即将出现（2 天） | 在您的账户因资金不足而将于 2 天后违约时，接收通知。 |
| 负余额即将出现（1 天） | 在您的账户因资金不足而将于 1 天后违约时，接收通知。 |
| 账户违约 | 当您的账户进入违约状态时，接收通知。如果您的账户在 40 天内未退出违约状态，您的账户将被 [暂停](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/account-administration/account-settings/manage-your-account/why-has-my-account-been-suspended.md). |
| 宽限余额通知（30 天） | 在您的账户因资金不足而将于 30 天后违约时，接收通知。 |

| 紧急余额通知（7 天） | 在您的账户因资金不足而将于 7 天后违约时，接收通知。 |
