# 取消您的入门版账户

您可以在试用期内取消订阅，从而结束计费和功能访问，但您的账户不会被删除。如果您之后返回， [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 以重新激活您的订阅并恢复访问。
在取消选项对您可用之前，需要满足以下条件：
* 您仍处于试用期内
* 信用卡既没有发生过也没有正在发生任何扣款
* 没有产生合作伙伴费用
如果满足这些条件， **取消订阅** 选项将会出现在 *订阅* 页面上。要取消：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 **您的余额** → [**订阅**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/finance-subscription.ihtml).
* 在这里，您可以查看所有订阅信息，并可选择 [*升级*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/grow-your-partnerships-with-essentials-edition.md#upgrade-to-essentials-0-1) 或 *取消* 该订阅。
2. 选择 **取消订阅** 以取消您的试用期。
3. 将会出现一个弹出消息，要求您确认取消请求。选择 **是** 以继续取消。

**关闭前检查清单**
在账户关闭之前，您需要在账户中执行一些操作。
1. [使所有有效的合作伙伴合同失效](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md).
2. 结清所有未支付的 [发票](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md).
3. 准备 [支付所有由合作伙伴推动的操作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-reporting/upcoming-partner-payments-report.md) 如果已生成任何此类操作，则为那些已经发生的操作。
现在您已准备好 [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml)。在工单中说明您希望关闭您的账户，并包含您想离开该平台的原因。

**重要**：仅仅卸载应用，或卸载您的电商平台与 impact.com 之间的集成，并不会取消您的账户。除非您告知 impact.com 您想关闭账户，否则您的账户将继续计费，且您的项目将继续运行。

#### 关闭时间表和退款预期
账户关闭及完成任何退款所需的时间，取决于您的账户存在多久以及您的项目在平台上的活跃程度。请参阅以下场景，以了解关闭账户时您可以预期什么。
立即取消 + 全额退款
如果满足以下条件，您的账户可获得立即取消和全额退款。
* 您的账户活跃时间少于 30 天。（30 天后，任何 [impact.com 费用](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-for-starter-edition-accounts/impactcom-starter-edition-billing-explained.md) 已产生的费用均不可退款。）
* 您的项目没有带来任何 [已锁定行为](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有等待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户符合上述条件，全额退款将在账户关闭后的 10 个工作日内退回到最初扣款的卡中。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您可能无权获得全额退款，但仍可能有资格立即取消。
立即取消 + 退还当前余额
如果满足以下条件，您的账户可获得立即取消以及当前账户余额退款。
* 您的账户活跃时间超过 30 天。
* 您的项目没有带来任何 [已锁定行为](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有等待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户符合上述条件，全额退款将在账户关闭后的 10 个工作日内退回到最初扣款的卡中。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您将无权获得全额退款，也无权立即取消。
延迟取消 + 退还未来余额
如果您的账户情况不符合上述 2 种场景，您既不符合立即取消的资格，也不符合退还当前账户余额的资格。不过，一旦您的发票结清，且您的项目所驱动的任何操作都已支付给合作伙伴，您将有资格获得任何账户剩余余额的退款。
您不符合退还当前账户余额资格的主要原因，是您有尚未锁定的待处理操作。您可以通过查看 [待处理操作付款报告](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/additionalreports/report/viewReport.report?id=65) 来确认是否如此。操作最后锁定的日期，就是您的账户可关闭的日期。
如果您有尚未锁定的待处理操作， [使所有有效的合作伙伴合同失效](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md) 以免生成新的待处理操作——这些会延迟账户关闭。如果您需要有关使合作伙伴合同失效的帮助， [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).
