# 取消您的 Starter Edition 账户

您可以在试用期内取消订阅，这样会停止计费并取消功能访问，但您的账户不会被删除。如果您之后回来， [联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 即可重新激活订阅并恢复访问。
在取消选项对您可用之前，需要满足以下条件：
* 您仍在试用期内
* 信用卡没有产生过且当前也没有任何扣款
* 没有产生的合作伙伴费用
如果满足这些条件， **取消订阅** 选项将在 *订阅* 页面中可用。要取消：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 **您的余额** → [**订阅**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/finance-subscription.ihtml).
* 在这里，您可以查看所有订阅信息，并可选择 [*升级*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/grow-your-partnerships-with-essentials-edition.md#upgrade-to-essentials-0-1) 或 *取消* 该订阅。
2. 选择 **取消订阅** 以取消您的试用期。
3. 将出现一个弹出消息，要求您确认取消请求。请选择 **是** 以继续取消。

**关闭前检查清单**
在账户可以关闭之前，您需要先在账户中执行一些操作。
1. [使所有活跃的合作伙伴合同到期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md).
2. 结清所有未付 [发票](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md).
3. 准备 [为所有由合作伙伴驱动的操作支付款项](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-reporting/upcoming-partner-payments-report.md) 如果有已生成的相关操作的话。

**重要**：仅仅卸载应用，或卸载您的电商平台与 impact.com 之间的集成，都不会取消您的账户。除非您告知 impact.com 您希望关闭账户，否则您的账户将继续计费，您的项目也将继续运行。

#### 关闭时间表和退款预期
账户关闭以及最终完成任何退款所需的时间，取决于您的账户使用时长以及您的项目在平台上的活跃程度。请参考下面的场景，以了解关闭账户时可以预期什么。
立即取消 + 全额退款
如果满足以下标准，您的账户有资格立即取消并获得全额退款。
* 您的账户活跃时间少于30天。（30天后，任何 [impact.com 费用](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-for-starter-edition-accounts/impactcom-starter-edition-billing-explained.md) 已产生的费用均不可退款。）
* 您的项目没有带来任何 [已锁定的行动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户满足上述条件，全额退款将在关闭账户后的10个工作日内退回最初扣款的信用卡。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您可能没有资格获得全额退款，但仍可能有资格立即取消。
立即取消 + 退还当前余额
如果满足以下标准，您的账户有资格立即取消并退还当前账户余额。
* 您的账户活跃时间超过30天。
* 您的项目没有带来任何 [已锁定的行动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户满足上述条件，全额退款将在关闭账户后的10个工作日内退回最初扣款的信用卡。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您将无资格获得全额退款，也将无资格立即取消。
延迟取消 + 退还未来余额
如果您的账户情况不符合上述两个场景，您既无资格立即取消，也无资格退还当前账户余额。不过，一旦您的发票结清，并且为您的项目推动的任何操作都已向合作伙伴支付，您将有资格获得任何多余账户余额的退款。
您当前账户余额无法退款的主要原因是，您有尚未锁定的待处理操作。您可以通过查看 [待处理操作付款报告](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/additionalreports/report/viewReport.report?id=65) 来确认是否如此。在账户中，某项操作最后锁定的日期就是您的账户可关闭的日期。
如果您有尚未锁定的待处理操作， [使所有活跃的合作伙伴合同到期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md) 以免生成任何新的待处理操作——这些会延迟账户关闭。如果您需要帮助使合作伙伴合同到期， [联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).
在您的账户关闭日期之前，您需要承担所有合作伙伴费用和 impact.com 费用的累计金额。这些费用将显示为 [发票](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md) 并且必须结清。
一旦最终锁定日期过去且操作已支付，impact.com 即可处理您的账户关闭。剩余账户余额的退款将从关闭当日开始处理。最初扣款的信用卡将在关闭账户后的10个工作日内收到这笔退款。
