# 取消您的 Starter 版账户

您可以在试用期内取消订阅，这将停止计费并终止对功能的访问，但您的账户不会被删除。如果您之后回来， [请联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 即可重新激活订阅并恢复访问。
在取消选项对您可用之前，需要满足以下条件：
* 您仍处于试用期内
* 信用卡上没有发生过且不会发生任何扣款
* 没有产生合作伙伴费用
如果满足这些条件， **取消订阅** 选项将在 *订阅* 页面上显示。要取消：
1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 **您的余额** → [**订阅**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/finance-subscription.ihtml).
* 在这里，您可以查看所有订阅信息，并可选择 [*升级*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/getting-started/grow-your-partnerships-with-essentials-edition.md#upgrade-to-essentials-0-1) 或 *取消* 该订阅。
2. 选择 **取消订阅** 以取消您的试用期。
3. 系统会弹出一条消息，要求您确认取消请求。请选择 **是** 以继续取消。

**关闭前检查清单**
在账户关闭之前，您需要先在账户中执行一些操作。
1. [使所有有效的合作伙伴合同失效](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md).
2. 结清所有未结清的 [发票](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md).
3. 准备 [为所有由合作伙伴驱动的操作付款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-reporting/upcoming-partner-payments-report.md) （如已生成）所有已经发生的操作。

#### 关闭时间表和退款预期
账户关闭以及最终完成任何退款所需的时间，取决于您的账户开通时长以及您的项目在平台上的活跃程度。请参阅以下情景，以了解关闭账户时可以预期的情况。
立即取消 + 全额退款
如果满足以下条件，您的账户有资格立即取消并获得全额退款。
* 您的账户活跃时间少于 30 天。（30 天后，任何 [impact.com 费用](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-for-starter-edition-accounts/impactcom-starter-edition-billing-explained.md) 已产生的部分均不可退款。）
* 您的项目没有产生任何 [已锁定操作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有等待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户满足上述条件，账户关闭后 10 个工作日内，所扣款项将全额退回最初收费的银行卡。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您可能无法获得全额退款，但仍可能符合立即取消的资格。
立即取消 + 退还当前余额
如果满足以下条件，您的账户有资格立即取消并退还您当前的账户余额。
* 您的账户活跃时间超过 30 天。
* 您的项目没有产生任何 [已锁定操作](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有等待锁定的待处理操作。
如果您的账户满足上述条件，账户关闭后 10 个工作日内，所扣款项将全额退回最初收费的银行卡。如果您的账户不符合上述条件，您将不符合全额退款资格，也将不符合立即取消资格。
延迟取消 + 退还未来余额
如果您的账户情况与上述 2 种情景都不一致，您既不符合立即取消资格，也不符合退还当前账户余额的资格。不过，一旦您的发票结清，且您的项目所驱动的任何操作都向合作伙伴支付完毕，您将有资格获得任何剩余账户余额的退款。
您当前账户余额不符合退款资格的主要原因，是您有尚未锁定的待处理操作。您可以通过查看以下报告来确认是否属于这种情况： [待处理操作付款报告](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/additionalreports/report/viewReport.report?id=65) 在您的账户中。操作最后一次锁定的日期，就是您的账户可关闭的日期。
如果您有尚未锁定的待处理操作， [使所有有效的合作伙伴合同失效](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md) ，以免生成任何新的待处理操作——这会延迟账户关闭。如果您需要帮助使合作伙伴合同失效， [请联系支持团队](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).
