# 取消您的 Starter 版账户

您可以在试用期内取消订阅，这将终止计费并停止功能访问，但不会删除您的账户。如果您之后返回， [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/support/portal.ihtml?createTicket=true&) 即可重新激活订阅并恢复访问权限。

在取消选项可供您使用之前，需要满足以下条件：

* 您仍在试用期内
* 信用卡没有发生过任何费用且当前也没有费用
* 没有产生任何合作伙伴成本

如果这些条件已满足， **取消订阅** 选项将可在 *订阅* 页面上供您使用。要取消：

1. 在顶部导航栏中，选择 **您的余额** → [**订阅**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/finance/fr/finance-subscription.ihtml).
   * 在这里您可以查看所有订阅信息，并可选择 [*升级*](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/readme/grow-your-partnerships-with-essentials-edition.md#upgrade-to-essentials-0-1) 或 *取消* 该订阅。
2. 选择 **取消订阅** 以取消您的试用期。
3. 系统会弹出一条消息，要求您确认取消请求。请选择 **是** 以继续取消。

**关闭前检查清单**

在账户可以关闭之前，您需要先在账户中执行一些操作。

1. [使所有活跃的合作伙伴合同过期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md).
2. 结清所有未付 [发票](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-documents/partner-payments-invoices-explained-for-brands.md).
3. 准备 [支付所有由合作伙伴驱动的操作所产生的款项](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-reporting/upcoming-partner-payments-report.md) 如果有已生成的操作，则需支付这些已发生的款项。

现在您已准备好 [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml)。在工单中，请说明您希望关闭账户，并包含您想离开平台的原因。

#### 关闭时间线和退款预期

账户关闭以及最终完成任何退款所需的时间，取决于您的账户存在时长以及您的项目在平台上的活跃程度。请参考以下情景，以了解关闭账户时可以预期什么。

<summary>立即取消 + 全额退款</summary>

如果满足以下条件，您的账户有资格立即取消并获得全额退款。

* 您的账户活跃时间少于 30 天。（30 天后，任何 [impact.com 费用](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/finance/finance-for-starter-edition-accounts/impactcom-starter-edition-billing-explained.md) 累计费用均不可退款。）
* 您的项目没有产生任何 [已锁定的行动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有待锁定的待处理操作。

如果您的账户满足上述条件，全额退款将在关闭账户后的 10 个工作日内退回到最初被扣款的卡片上。如果您的账户不满足上述条件，您可能没有资格获得全额退款，但仍可能有资格立即取消。

如果满足以下条件，您的账户有资格立即取消并退还您当前的账户余额。

* 您的账户活跃时间超过 30 天。
* 您的项目没有产生任何 [已锁定的行动](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
* 您的项目没有待锁定的待处理操作。

如果您的账户满足上述条件，全额退款将在关闭账户后的 10 个工作日内退回到最初被扣款的卡片上。如果您的账户不满足上述条件，您将没有资格获得全额退款，也没有资格立即取消。

<summary>延迟取消 + 退还未来余额</summary>

如果您的账户情况不符合以上 2 种情景，您既不符合立即取消的资格，也不符合退还当前账户余额的资格。但是，一旦您的发票结清，并且所有由您的项目驱动的操作都已向合作伙伴支付，您将有资格获得任何剩余账户余额的退款。

您当前账户余额无法退款的主要原因是，您有尚未锁定的待处理操作。您可以通过查看 [待处理操作付款报告](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/additionalreports/report/viewReport.report?id=65) 来确认是否属于这种情况。操作锁定的最后日期就是您的账户可以关闭的日期。

如果您有尚未锁定的待处理操作， [使所有活跃的合作伙伴合同过期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/expire-partner-contracts.md) 这样您就不会生成任何新的待处理操作——这些操作会延迟账户关闭。如果您需要有关使合作伙伴合同过期的帮助， [联系支持](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/support/customer-support-portal-flow.ihtml).
