# 设置付款上限
使用模板条款 *限制*，你可以选择在指定时间范围内限制向合作伙伴支付的款项，或者限制可计费操作的数量。这些限制可以应用于整个合同、按客户、按订单或按点击量。
1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 →** [模板条款](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 找到你想添加支付限制的模板条款，将鼠标悬停在该行上，然后选择  **\[More]** → **修改条款**.
3. 在……旁边 *限制*,  **\[打开切换]** **指定可计费项目的限制**.
4. 从下拉列表中，选择 **支付** 或 **操作**，然后设置你的限制。

2. 设置合作伙伴可收到的最高金额。
3. 从以下选项中选择一种限制类型： *全部* （适用于你与合作伙伴之间的整个合同）， *按订单*, *按客户*，或 *按点击*.
4. 如果你将支付限制设置为 *全部* 或 *按客户*，你还可以设置 *重置时间* 计入该限制的支付。
* **按天**
* **按周** — 默认从下周一开始。
* **按月** — 立即开始。如果此限制已存在且你正在更新它，则会考虑当月1日起的支付。
* **按季度** — 立即开始。如果此限制已存在且你正在更新它，则会考虑从 [财务季度](https://www.investopedia.com/terms/q/quarter.asp) 开始的支付。

5. 如果你选择限制按以下方式支付 *按天*，请选择是否要自定义周末限制，然后输入你希望的周末限制。
* 你在此处选择的数字将覆盖你设置的常规限制。
* 如果你选择限制按以下方式支付 *按周*, *月*, *季度*，或 *合同期限*，周末将始终计入总体限制，且不能设置自定义限制。
6. 要从修改生效日期开始实施新的支付限制，请选择  **\[未勾选框]** **为所有合作伙伴重置已累计支出**。如果你保持该选项禁用，新的支付限制将从原始合同开始日期开始应用。

7. 选择 **下一步** 并查看修改内容。
