# 为合同添加绩效奖金
参加 PXA 课程
您可以通过在合同中添加条款，并使用下拉菜单和字段来配置发放选项，来指定绩效奖金的应用方式。您可以选择将奖金应用于整个合同，或仅应用于特定合作伙伴组。

#### 向合同中添加绩效奖金
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. *要创建包含绩效奖金的新条款：*
选择 **创建模板条款** 在右上角。指定模板条款详情，并确保选择一个 **事件类型**.
*要修改现有的绩效奖金条款：*
在模板条款概览中，找到要修改的条款。将鼠标悬停在该行上并选择  **\[更多]** → **修改条款**.
3. 在……旁边 *绩效奖金*，选择  **\[开启] 根据合作伙伴的绩效发放奖金**.

**提高发放金额** & **适用于所有动作**\
使用此设置时，如果合作伙伴带来的总动作数超过您定义的奖金档位，那么所有动作只要发生在 [锁定期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
例如，如果您将档位定义为 10 个动作，而合作伙伴带来 20 个动作，那么全部 20 个动作都将获得奖金。
**提高发放金额** & **针对超过每个档位的动作**\
使用此设置时，只有超过您定义的奖金档位的动作才会按较高奖金费率发放。
例如，如果您将档位定义为 10 个动作，而合作伙伴带来 20 个动作，那么只有第 11 至 20 个动作会获得奖金。
**发放固定奖金**\
如果您更希望以固定金额奖励合作伙伴，而不是按销售额百分比计算的金额，请选择此设置。

绩效奖金档位基于每月收入值。当达到该值时，将应用奖金金额。

绩效奖金档位基于每个支付组每月的动作数量。绩效奖金金额配置在 *返佣组* 设置。
**每个支付组每月收入**\
绩效奖金档位基于每个支付组每月的收入值。绩效奖金金额配置在 *返佣组* 设置。

4. 要保存更改，请滚动到页面底部并选择 **下一步 → 下一步 → 保存**.
#### **向支付组添加绩效奖金**

**注意：** 该 *绩效奖金* 切换开关仅会出现在您的 *返佣组* 弹出窗口中，前提是您还选择了 *按每个支付组* 步骤 1 下的选项 *配置绩效奖金* 设置，如上所示。

1. 在修改或创建模板条款时，在旁边的 *返佣组* 设置，选择  **\[开启]** **设置自定义支付组。**
2. 在表格下方的按钮中，选择 **添加新项**.
3. 在弹出窗口中，定义发放规则并选择  **\[开启] 绩效奖金** 以为每个奖金档位设置自定义发放金额。
4. 选择 **添加** 以在表格中查看新的支付组。
5. 在表格最右侧，选择  **\[编辑]** 以修改现有支付组。
6. 要查看更改，请滚动到页面底部并选择 **下一步**.
7. 要保存更新后的模板条款，请选择 **下一步 → 保存**.
