# 修改模板条款
参加 PXA 课程
在您 [创建一组模板条款之后](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/create-template-terms.md)，您可以在项目发展过程中返回并修改这些条款。如果您需要将特定合作伙伴移动到不同的条款， [而是将这些合作伙伴切换到新的模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/replace-a-partners-contract.md) 。
请使用下表确定最适合您需求的工作流程：
#### 修改模板条款
没有合作伙伴签署的条款可以随时修改。然而，一旦有合作伙伴签署了那组模板条款，您必须要么如下所示修改其现有条款（即修改他们当前与您的合同），要么必须 [将他们切换](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/replace-a-partners-contract.md) 到新的或不同的一套条款。
修改未签署合作伙伴的条款
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要修改的条款上，然后选择  **\[更多]** **→ 修改条款**.
3. 进行更改。

4. 选择 **下一步**.

修改已有签署合作伙伴的条款
一旦合作伙伴同意了一套模板条款，您现在必须考虑希望这些合作伙伴何时开始适用新的条款（称为 *修改开始日期*).
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 找到要修改的条款，然后选择  **\[更多] → 修改条款**.
3. 进行更改。

4. 选择 **下一步**.

6. 确认 *合同条款* 和 *合作伙伴* 受影响的对象正确。
7. 选择一个 *修改开始日期* 以使新条款生效。
8. 勾选  **\[未勾选的复选框]** ，如果您希望允许现有合同中的合作伙伴提前选择加入新更改。
9. 可选地，添加合作伙伴可以阅读的有关条款更改的任何评论。
10. 选择 **保存**.

#### 批量修改模板条款
1. 请确保任何全局 [模板条款规则](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/set-and-manage-template-terms-rules.md) 已  **\[关闭]** ，适用于您想在批量更新中更改的任何模板条款项目。
2. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
3. 选择  **\[未勾选的复选框]** 位于您想要包含在批量更新中的每个模板条款左侧的复选框。
* 或者，要全选，请选择  **\[未勾选的复选框]** 位于 *名称* 列标题左侧的复选框。
4. 选择 **修改条款**.
5. 在 *批量编辑模板条款* 页面上进行更改。
* 选择 **查看条款** 以查看哪些条款会受到更改影响。
* 从下拉列表中选择一个 **事件类型** 进行修改。
* 可选地，添加或移除 **自定义条款** 中的自定义条款。

6. 继续修改模板条款，然后 **保存** 在完成后保存更改。
#### 修改条款设置
仅适用于已有合作伙伴签署的条款， *条款设置* 可让您对一组模板条款广泛应用流程性更改（例如，为来自一组条款的所有合同设置结束日期）。
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 找到要修改的条款，然后选择  **\[更多]** **→ 为所有合作伙伴修改设置**.
3. 进行更改。
| 设置 | 说明 |
| --------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| 更改合同期限 |  **\[开启]** 以确定源自这些条款的合同是否可以拥有 **持续** 期限，或 **临时** 期限。 |
| 更改备用条款 | 如果源自这些条款的合同有结束日期，您可以选择其合同将 回退 到当前期限结束后将回退到哪一套模板条款。
您不能设置多个备用方案。如果您已与某个单独合作伙伴设置了一套备用条款，则必须撤销该单独备用条款设置。
|
| 撤销即将进行的切换 |  **\[开启]** 如果您想取消任何会影响 *这套特定条款*. |
| 撤销待处理提案 |  **\[开启]** 如果您想撤销任何会将合作伙伴移出这套特定条款的提案。 |
| 评论 | 合作伙伴将收到任何模板条款设置更改的通知，因此您可以选择性地留下有关更改的评论。 |
4. 选择 **提交**.
#### 合作伙伴如何收到条款更改通知？
您可以设置一个 [更改通知期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/set-and-manage-template-terms-rules.md) 规则，以设置在合同更改生效前通知合作伙伴的默认天数。合作伙伴可通过三种方式收到合同更改通知：
1. **电子邮件通知** — 合作伙伴将通过其 [电子邮件通知设置](/partner/zh/nin-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/dashboard/configure-platform-and-email-notifications-for-partners.md) 接收有关合同更改的通知。
2. **应用内通知** — 合作伙伴将在应用内收到有关合同更改的通知。
3. **应用内** — 合作伙伴可以查看 *即将进行的更改* 其合同的 *我的品牌* 版块中的合作伙伴平台。
