# 修改模板条款
参加 PXA 课程
在您 [创建一组模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/create-template-terms.md)，您可以在项目发展过程中返回并修改这些条款。如果您需要将特定合作伙伴移至不同的条款， [将这些合作伙伴切换到新的模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/replace-a-partners-contract.md) 代替。
使用下表确定最适合您需求的工作流程：

#### 修改模板条款
没有任何合作伙伴签署的条款可以随意修改。但是，一旦有合作伙伴签署了那组模板条款，您必须像下方所示那样修改其现有条款（即修改他们与您的当前合同），或者您必须 [将其切换](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/contracts/replace-a-partners-contract.md) 到一组新的或不同的条款。
修改未签约合作伙伴的条款
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → Contracts →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要修改的条款上，然后选择  **\[更多]** **→ 修改条款**.
3. 进行更改。

4. 选择 **下一步**.

修改已签约合作伙伴的条款
一旦合作伙伴同意了一组模板条款，您现在必须考虑希望这些合作伙伴何时开始执行这组新条款（称为 *修改开始日期*).
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → 合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 找到要修改的条款，然后选择  **\[更多] → 修改条款**.
3. 进行更改。

4. 选择 **下一步**.

6. 确认 *合同条款* 和 *合作伙伴* 将受影响的条款是否正确。
7. 选择一个 *修改开始日期* 使新条款生效。
8. 勾选  **\[未勾选框]** ，如果您想允许现有合同中的合作伙伴提前选择加入新更改。
9. （可选）添加合作伙伴可阅读的有关条款更改的任何备注。
10. 选择 **保存**.

#### 批量修改模板条款

2. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → Contracts →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
3. 选择  **\[未勾选框]** 位于您希望纳入批量更新的每个模板条款左侧。
* 或者，要全选，请选择  **\[未勾选框]** 位于 *名称* 表头中的列。
4. 选择 **修改条款**.
5. 在 *批量编辑模板条款* 屏幕中进行更改。
* 选择 **查看条款** 以检查哪些条款会受到更改影响。
* 从下拉列表中选择一个 **事件类型** 进行修改。
* （可选）添加或移除 **自定义条款** 您选定的模板条款中的内容。

6. 继续修改模板条款，然后 **保存** 在完成后保存更改。
#### 修改条款设置
仅适用于已有合作伙伴签署的条款， *条款设置* 可让您对一组模板条款广泛应用流程性更改（例如，为来自一组条款的所有合同设置结束日期）。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage] → Contracts →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 找到要修改的条款，然后选择  **\[更多]** **→ 修改所有合作伙伴的设置**.
3. 进行更改。
| 设置 | 说明 |

您无法设置多个备用项。如果您已与某个单独合作伙伴设置了一组备用条款，则必须撤销该组单独备用条款。

4. 选择 **提交**.
#### 合作伙伴如何收到条款更改通知？
您可以实施一项 [更改通知期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/set-and-manage-template-terms-rules.md) 规则，以设置在合同更改生效前向合作伙伴发出通知的默认天数。合作伙伴可以通过三种方式收到其合同变更通知：
1. **电子邮件通知** — 合作伙伴将通过其 [电子邮件通知设置](/partner/zh/ni-xiang-liao-jie-shen-me/platform-features/dashboard/configure-platform-and-email-notifications-for-partners.md) 收到有关其合同更改的通知。
2. **应用内通知** — 合作伙伴将在应用内收到有关其合同更改的通知。
3. **应用内** — 合作伙伴可以查看 *即将发生的更改* 在其合同的 *我的品牌* 部分中查看。
