# 配置对外显示的模板条款可见性

拥有多个公开模板条款可让你同时为不同的对外可见佣金报价进行定制。你可以设置一个默认的 *一网打尽的* 佣金费率用于通用申请，同时通过规则向战略合作伙伴类型推广更具吸引力的费率，控制市场中哪些合作伙伴细分会看到哪些具体报价。随后，合作伙伴会根据自身属性看到相应条款。

#### 主要区别 <a href="#id1343" id="id1343"></a>

* **设置新的默认公开条款：** 这将替换你现有的默认公开条款。所选条款将成为合作伙伴在市场上可见的、唯一的通用公开报价，除非适用其他规则。你原来的默认公开条款将不再是默认公开报价。条款本身（以及签署这些条款的合作伙伴）保持不变。
* **添加有针对性的对外可见条款：** 这使你除了默认公开条款之外，还可以定义额外的对外可见条款。你可以设置特定规则（如合作伙伴画像或商业模式），让市场中的目标合作伙伴看到这些更有利的条款，而不是默认模板条款。

#### 设置新的默认公开条款 <a href="#section-id235245654622957" id="section-id235245654622957"></a>

1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择 ![\[Engage\] v2](https://paligoapp-cdn-eu1.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/impact/attachments/f01cdffa431a4d75ff09c130b66974d4-aa671735ec2b65af79961eaf59ab60af.svg) **\[Engage]** → **合同** → [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. 在列表中，找到要设置为默认公开条款的条款，将鼠标悬停在该行上，然后选择 ![\[More\] vNext](https://paligoapp-cdn-eu1.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/impact/attachments/f01cdffa431a4d75ff09c130b66974d4-73f43076a692f2dcc8960037fabdca9c.svg) **\[More]** → **修改公开设置**.

#### 添加有针对性的对外可见条款 <a href="#section-id235245661241745" id="section-id235245661241745"></a>

在为各种对外可见模板条款设置可见性规则时，你可以从两个主要类别中定义条件： *合作伙伴画像* 和 *商业模式*。如果存在重叠条件，适用的合作伙伴将看到最新的一项。例如，如果你创建了仅适用于联盟合作伙伴的模板条款，然后又创建了适用于联盟或创作者合作伙伴的新条款，那么同时关联这两类条款的联盟合作伙伴将优先看到最新条款。

**模板条款配置**

* **该 `AND` 规则（不同类型之间）**：为了让合作伙伴看到该模板，他们必须满足以下要求： *合作伙伴画像* `AND` *商业模式* 类型。
  * **示例：** 如果你为特定画像和特定商业模式都设置了要求，合作伙伴必须同时匹配两者才能看到模板条款。
* **该 `或者` 规则（同一类型内）：** 在同一类型内（如商业模式），合作伙伴需要匹配所选选项中的一个 `或者` 或另一个。
  * **示例：** 如果您选择 *社交影响者* 和 *忠诚度/奖励* 作为可接受的商业模式，如果合作伙伴是社交影响者 `或者` 或忠诚度/奖励合作伙伴，则满足该规则的这一部分。
