# 使用定时条款设置限时付款

计划条款允许你安排任意数量的有时间限制的返佣费率修改。这些计划中的修改无需再手动将合作伙伴切换到不同的合同，也无需持续安排“备用”条款。

#### 计划条款功能

* 提高默认返佣、返佣组和返佣调整的费率或展示费。
* 创建开始和结束日期都在未来的计划条款。
* 复制现有的计划条款。
* 针对基础模板条款上的任意/所有事件类型，调整默认返佣、返佣组和返佣调整。
* 创建循环计划条款，并选择重复频率。

#### 创建计划条款

计划条款基于现有模板条款创建，并且只适用于当前使用这些模板条款的合作伙伴。在设置计划条款之前，请确保你已经 [创建了模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/create-template-terms.md).

   * 合作伙伴将收到新创建的计划条款通知，并将在计划条款开始前 3 天和 1 天收到电子邮件提醒。
   * 如果你希望将计划条款保存为草稿，而不提交任何更改或通知合作伙伴，请选择 **另存为草稿**.

* 这是一个节假日周，作为品牌方，你希望在购买任何 *配饰* 或 *帽子* 类目商品时，向合作伙伴支付 20% 的佣金，但在其他类目上仍保持与下方所示基础模板条款相同的支付方式。

#### 常见问题

一旦到达结束日期，合同条款将自动回退到基础模板条款条件。

当你创建计划条款时，相关合作伙伴将收到即将发生变更的电子邮件通知，并会在计划条款开始前 3 天和 1 天收到提醒。这些通知会描述你已安排的变更，并包含你在设置条款时添加的自定义消息。在此期间，你可以根据合作伙伴的请求修改计划条款，例如推迟开始日期。对同一计划条款所做的任何更改都会触发发送给合作伙伴的新电子邮件通知。

* 与 CPC 不兼容。

  目前，你不能创建带有 *点击* 事件类型的计划条款。
* 无法删除计划条款。

  impact.com 强烈建议使用 *另存为草稿* 选项，以尽量减少对计划条款进行修订的需要。不过，如果你仍然希望移除计划条款，只需更改开始和结束日期，以防止某个计划条款生效，或者将计划条款设置更新为与你原始模板条款完全相同。
* 一旦计划条款生效，就无法修改。

  如果你保存了计划条款且开始日期尚未生效，你仍然可以修改条款。不过，一旦开始日期生效，你将无法再进行修改。
* 不能使用计划条款降低默认返佣。

  计划条款允许品牌方在有限的时间内提高合作伙伴返佣。因此，impact.com 建议将该功能用于促销目的，切勿用来降低合作伙伴返佣。
* 不包括返佣限制、上限和奖金。

  你不能使用计划条款来修改合同中已配置的返佣限制、上限和奖金。
