# 使用计划条款设置限时付款

计划条款允许您安排任意数量、在特定时间范围内生效的支付费率修改。这些计划修改无需手动将合作伙伴切换到不同合同，也无需持续安排“回退”条款。

#### 计划条款功能

* 提高默认支付、支付组和支付调整的费率或版位费用。
* 创建开始和结束日期都在未来的计划条款。
* 克隆现有的计划条款。
* 调整基础模板条款中任意/全部事件类型的默认支付、支付组和支付调整。
* 创建重复的计划条款并选择重复频率。

#### 创建计划条款

计划条款是基于现有模板条款创建的，仅适用于当前使用这些模板条款的合作伙伴。在设置计划条款之前，请确保您已 [创建模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/create-template-terms.md).

1. 在左侧导航栏中，选择 ![](/files/209022bdb234289211a24a980f6227a8684cc439) **\[互动]** → **合同 → 模板条款**.
2. 在列表中找到要查看的条款，将鼠标悬停在该行上，然后选择 ![](/files/48274f9251fd79e93a99aad7b4393690b07a61c9) **\[更多] → 查看计划条款**.
3. 使用 ![](/files/1e92342b2401199e6ee9ae952c055de934a671da) **\[日历]** 和 ![](/files/0b4f0a10c9232a4c190179bde6c2110d45d0c57b) **\[列表]** 右上角的图标可在日历视图和列表视图之间切换。在日历视图中，您可以将鼠标悬停在现有计划条款上，以查看条款详情或进行编辑。
4. 在右上角，选择 **创建计划**.
   * 或者，在日历视图中选择一个未来日期，然后选择 **创建**.
5. 填写所需信息并选择 **保存**.

#### 示例用例

* 让我们以一个配置了 5 个支付组的模板条款为例。
* 假设现在是节假日周，作为品牌方，您希望在购买任何 *配饰* 或 *帽子* 类别商品时向合作伙伴支付 20%，但其他类别仍保持与下方所示基础模板条款相同的支付方式。

当您创建计划条款时，相关合作伙伴将收到即将更改的电子邮件通知，并会在计划条款开始前 3 天和 1 天收到提醒。通知将说明您已安排的更改，并包含您在设置条款时添加的任何自定义消息。在此期间，您可以根据合作伙伴的请求修改计划条款，例如延迟开始日期。对同一计划条款所做的任何更改都会触发发送给合作伙伴的新电子邮件通知。

  如果您保存了计划条款但开始日期尚未生效，您仍然可以修改条款。但一旦开始日期生效，您将无法再进行修改。
* 不能使用计划条款降低默认支付。

  计划条款允许品牌方在有限时间内提高合作伙伴支付。因此，impact.com 建议将此功能用于促销目的，切勿用于降低合作伙伴支付。
* 不包含支付限制、上限和奖金。

  您不能使用计划条款修改已为合同配置的支付限制、上限和奖金。
