# 向合同添加绩效奖金
参加 PXA 课程
您可以通过在合同中添加条款，并使用下拉菜单和字段来配置支付选项，从而指定绩效奖金的应用方式。您可以选择将奖金应用于整个合同，或仅应用于特定的合作伙伴组。

#### 向合同中添加绩效奖金
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[Engage]** → **合同 →** [**模板条款**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/contracts/library/view-manage-ios-flow.ihtml).
2. *要创建带有绩效奖金的新条款：*
选择 **创建模板条款** ，位于右上角。填写模板条款详细信息，并务必选择一个 **事件类型**.
*要修改现有的绩效奖金条款：*
在模板条款概览中，找到您要修改的条款。将鼠标悬停在该行上并选择  **\[更多]** → **修改条款**.
3. 在 *绩效奖金*旁边，选择  **\[开启] 根据合作伙伴的绩效支付奖金**.

**提高支付** & **适用于所有操作**\
使用此设置时，如果合作伙伴驱动的操作总数超过您定义的奖金等级，那么只要这些操作发生在 [锁定期](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/actions-and-payouts/understand-the-action-life-cycle-and-finance.md).
内，所有操作都将按更高的奖金费率支付。例如，如果您将等级设为 10 次操作，而合作伙伴促成了 20 次操作，那么这 20 次操作都将获得奖金。
**提高支付** & **适用于超过每个等级的操作**\
使用此设置时，只有超过您定义的奖金等级的操作才会按更高的奖金费率支付。
例如，如果您将等级设为 10 次操作，而合作伙伴促成了 20 次操作，那么只有第 11 - 20 次操作会获得奖金。
**支付固定奖金**\
如果您希望向合作伙伴奖励固定金额，而不是基于销售额百分比的金额，请选择此设置。

绩效奖金等级基于每月收入值。当达到该值时，将应用奖金金额。
**每月总操作数**\
绩效奖金等级基于每月操作数量。当达到该数量时，将应用奖金金额。

绩效奖金等级基于每个支付组每月的操作数量。绩效奖金金额在 *支付组* 设置中配置。
**每个支付组每月收入**\
绩效奖金等级基于每个支付组每月的收入值。绩效奖金金额在 *支付组* 设置中配置。

4. 要保存更改，请滚动到页面底部并选择 **下一步 → 下一步 → 保存**.
#### **向支付组添加绩效奖金**

**注意：** 该 *绩效奖金* 切换选项仅会出现在您的 *支付组* 弹出窗口中，前提是您还在 *每个支付组* 选项上选择了 *配置绩效奖金* 设置，如上所示。

1. 在修改或创建模板条款时，在 *支付组* 设置旁边，选择  **\[开启]** **设置自定义支付组。**
2. 在表格下方的按钮中，选择 **新增**.
3. 在弹出窗口中，定义支付规则并选择  **\[开启] 绩效奖金** 以为每个奖金等级设置自定义支付。
4. 选择 **添加** 以在表格中查看新的支付组。
5. 在表格最右侧，选择  **\[编辑]** 以修改现有支付组。
6. 要查看您的更改，请滚动到页面底部并选择 **下一步**.
7. 要保存更新后的模板条款，请选择 **下一步 → 保存**.
