# 替换合作伙伴的合同
已经签署合同的合作伙伴可以轻松切换到一套新的条款。接受后，他们的新条款将在您指定的日期生效（只要该日期晚于通知期）。如果您需要修改一套影响某个特定条款下所有合作伙伴的模板条款，您可以 [修改模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/modify-template-terms.md).
请使用下表确定哪种工作流程最适合您的需求：

#### 替换合作伙伴的合同
您可以通过 4 种方式替换合作伙伴合同。请选择最适合您需求的选项。
将合作伙伴的合同切换到不同的模板条款
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[互动]** → **合作伙伴 →** [**合作伙伴**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/mediapartners/view-mediapartners-flow.ihtml).
* 或者，对于创作者计划，选择  **\[互动]** → **合作伙伴 →** [**创作者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要切换合同的合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多] → 合同 → 切换到现有合同**.
* 或者，选择  **\[复选框]** 在要切换合同的合作伙伴旁边，然后选择 **合同 → 切换到现有合同**.
3. 在 *切换合同* 屏幕上，选择 **模板条款** 您希望该合作伙伴适用的。
* 要查看每个合作伙伴的通知期有多长，请选择 **查看合作伙伴**.
4. 选择 **合同日期** 和 **期限**.
* 如果您选择 *临时* 合同期限，则需要设置结束日期，并决定是否需要备用合同。请参阅 *备用合同参考* 了解更多信息。
5. 2 选 1 **审批选项**.
* **替换** 将绕过合作伙伴审批并自动生效。
* 选择  **\[复选框]** 以允许合作伙伴立即接受合同变更。
* **提出** 在自动生效前需要合作伙伴批准。
* 如果您 *提出* 且您的合作伙伴拒绝新条款，其当前合同将保持有效。
6. 可选，添加 **备注** 如果您有的话。
7. 选择 **提交**.
使用新的模板条款替换合作伙伴的合同

**重要：** impact.com 强烈建议首先创建一套包含您所需更改的新模板条款，然后再将合作伙伴迁移到那套新条款下。这样有助于避免错误。

如果没有可作为替换项的模板条款，您可以在过渡期内创建新的模板条款。
1. 从左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[互动] →** **合作伙伴 →** [**合作伙伴**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/mediapartners/view-mediapartners-flow.ihtml).
* 或者，对于创作者计划，选择  **\[互动]** → **合作伙伴 →** [**创作者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在要替换合同的合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多] → 合同 → 切换到新合同**.

#### 备用合同参考
该 *备用合同* 是临时合同到期后将规范您合作关系的合同。
* 您可以回退到当前合同或另一个模板条款。如果您选择 **另一个模板条款**，则需要已设置好另一个模板条款。
* 如果未勾选以启用备用合同，则在所输入的结束日期到来时，合作关系将结束。
* 您一次只能为每份合同设置一个备用方案。如果在第一个备用方案生效期间，或在第一个备用方案开始之前设置第二个备用方案，您将覆盖原来的备用方案，这可能会导致您的合作伙伴没有合同。
