# 替换合作伙伴的合同
已经签署合同的合作伙伴可以轻松切换到一组新的条款。一旦被接受，其新条款将于您指定的日期生效（只要该日期在通知期之后）。如果您需要对影响特定条款下所有合作伙伴的一组模板条款进行更改，您可以 [修改模板条款](/brand/zh/what-would-you-like-to-learn-about/platform-features/contracts-and-template-terms/template-terms/modify-template-terms.md).

#### 替换合作伙伴的合同
您可以通过 4 种方式替换合作伙伴合同。请选择适合您需求的选项。
将合作伙伴的合同切换到其他模板条款
1. 在左侧导航菜单中，选择  **\[参与]** → **合作伙伴 →** [**合作伙伴**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/mediapartners/view-mediapartners-flow.ihtml).
* 或者，对于创作者计划，请选择  **\[参与]** → **合作伙伴 →** [**创作者**](https://app.impact.com/secure/advertiser/engage/discover/radius/fr/partner_ui.ihtml).
2. 将鼠标悬停在您要切换其合同的合作伙伴上，然后选择  **\[更多] → 合同 → 切换为现有合同**.
* 或者，选择  **\[复选框]** 位于您要切换其合同的合作伙伴旁边，然后选择 **合同 → 切换为现有合同**.
3. 在 *切换合同* 屏幕上，选择 **模板条款** 要为该合作伙伴使用的条款。
* 要查看每位合作伙伴的通知期时长，请选择 **查看合作伙伴**.
4. 选择 **合同日期** 和 **期限**.
* 如果您选择一个 *临时* 合同期限，您需要设置结束日期，并决定是否需要备用合同。请参阅 *备用合同参考* 以获取更多信息。
5. 从 2 个选项中选择 1 个 **审批选项**.
* **替换** 将绕过合作伙伴审批并自动生效。
* 选择  **\[复选框]** 以允许合作伙伴立即接受合同更改。
* **提议** 在自动生效前需要合作伙伴审批。
* 如果您 *提议* 并且您的合作伙伴拒绝新条款，则其当前合同将保持有效。
6. 可选地，添加 **备注** 如果您有的话。
7. 选择 **提交**.
使用新的模板条款替换合作伙伴的合同

如果您没有可用作替代的模板条款，可以在过渡期间创建新的模板条款。

5. 选择合同日期和合同期限。

#### 备用合同参考
该 *备用合同* 是在临时合同到期后管理您的合作关系的合同。
* 您可以回退到当前合同或其他模板条款。如果您选择 **另一个模板条款**，则您需要已预先设置好另一个模板条款。
* 如果不勾选以启用备用合同，则在所输入的结束日期到达时，合作关系将结束。
* 每份合同同一时间只能设置一个备用合同。如果您在第一个备用合同生效期间，或在第一个备用合同开始之前设置第二个备用合同，您将覆盖原有备用合同，这可能会使您的合作伙伴没有合同。
